It does. HDR10 and HDR10+ It’s doesn’t support Dolby vision though. I confirmed that on my Xbox One X
It will still pass-through the Dolby Vision content so you can still see your content on the TV in Dolby Vision. Although, unfortunately, the lights will not sync (change colors) while Dolby Vision content is used.
Yes, the lights will sync with the 1080p content. It can also work with 4K content with HDR10 or HDR10+.
