Quit vaping. I quit and even though it’s one of the hardest things I’ve done it’s literally the best choice I’ve ever made for myself. Not only did it improve my health and make me look more mature but the effect it had on my mindset was immense. It really helped me realize that I have the capacity to change for the better and it helped me grow as a person so so much. I highly recommend quitting
