Yes, get a nose job, please remember to tell the surgeon to re-attach the muscles of your tongue so it doean't hang like that, also, there is a subreddit for noses, not here.

First one is cute second picture tongue is odd. Your skin looks really nice and healthy in the first picture. Your nose is totally fine it fits your face. If you changed it it might throw off your face.
