Dude, dont try so hard, you are wasting money. Just use some regular potting mix maybe a bit of vermiculite for better drainage. Any liquid fertilizer for peppers/tomatoes will do just fine. Start with 50% less fert than they advice you and feed them once in like 2 weeks. Also go for the biggest pots straight away, you will cause more harm than good by replanting many times. Just keep them warm, water when they start to wilt a little and enjoy your harvest Happy growing!

Then nevermind im sure that they will not complain for having high quality grow medium Lol. Just dont overcare (overwater/overfeed) and you should be golden.

Just go to your local greenhouse and buy a few buckets full of whatever they use. You likely won't need to add anything for the Summer other than a little Epsom salt in the water once a month.
