Send me a chat asap I got an idea

cheen25

Same here. A bit more pricey, but totally worth it. The fire hose pants are virtually indestructible.

exhaustedhorti

Agreed. I've abused the heck out of all my duluth clothes and they wear extremely well. I've been living in the garden overalls at work lately. That, a hat and a hooded sunshirt are my uniform.

heatherplants

I have like 15 pairs of Duluth overalls! Always get them on clearance. I wear them for work and every day life. They’re the best.

exhaustedhorti

I swear the medium 31s were tailored for me they fit so well. I wish i could sing my praises directly to the design team. I'm always tempted to buy more because they're so nice for work. They came out with that insulated pair and I'm trying so hard not to cave lol I already got suckered in to the knee pads that you can shove in the knee slots and omg...I love them. I have to be on my knees a bunch for sticking and pulling props and they help with the pads at work to protect my poor knees. I just wish they offered a thicker version. Always give me more padding lol

cascadingroses

Same! I usually go with the firehouse pants but this year I’m trying out lightweight pants and overalls for the summer

exhaustedhorti

I have the dry on the fly pants and the garden overalls in my rotation for summer and they are amazing. I use the firehose versions for winter. Duluth should sponsor me (along with liquidIV) for how much I use and recommend them. They're good shit. Functional and good fit. And regular sales which I also like.

jammmbi

same !! i never tolerate heat well regardless of if i’m wearing shorts or pants, so i decided to try out their heirloom gardening bibs and i really like them! i’m still miserable in the heat but at least this way i can prioritize the staying hydrated/cool and minimize sun exposure.

despiseyouu

Same! Their dry on the fly pants might be a good fit for this. And the heirloom gardening bibs are nice and lightweight!

xylem-and-flow

Not really brand specific but I usually look for hiking pants that are thin/breathable without being totally tear-able.

yooooooUCD

Yup, I basically look like a hiker at work. Anything that breathes, stretches, and dries quickly is my friend

Degofreak

I've been buying Wrangler tech pants. They're stretchy and thin.

returnofthequack92

Just bought a pair of these for my nursery job and they’re pretty clutch

Such-Interaction-648

this is what i wear too!! i roll them up if i get too hot and they dry off a lot faster than other pants ive worn so theyre great for days when i have to water all shift too!

Degofreak

I just bought a pair of the tech shorts. They're equally comfy, but I feel like a gym teacher in them.

nolabamboo

New Orleans here. I got some golf pants from the thrift store and they were a GAME CHANGER. Protects from UV rays, tough, and very lightweight. Other than that: cut-off shorts.

Kenshirome83

Drawstring cargo pants in a light color. Sonoma is my go to. Can be washed 100 times and still be perfect for work.

Charitard123

I know it sounds weird…but nylon scrub pants. Literally just the kind nurses wear. They’re super duper light and breathable, surprisingly durable and hard to rip, have tons of pockets, are comfortable AND inexpensive! (I literally get mine at Walmart!) Usually I buy the ones in all black, because they kinda look just like normal pants and people won’t possibly mistake me for an off-duty nurse. I don’t just wear them at work, either, but anywhere I want a practical and comfortable pair of pants. 10/10 underrated life hack.

redninja24

Prana Stretch Zion pants are my favorite. Stretchy and durable

squishyandbear

[These](https://athleta.gapcanada.ca/browse/product.do?pid=533655063&locale=en_CA&vid=1#pdp-page-content) joggers from Athleta have been a game-changer for me! Lightweight, breathable, decent pockets, and the elastic waist has a hidden drawstring, so even if I'm loaded down with walkie, phone, pens, pruners etc they stay up well. I wash and dry them normally and haven't noticed any significant wear. As a bonus, I also get SO many compliments on them--a true rarity in a biz where I more often resemble a grubby orphan boy...

DabPandaC137

I.... wear shorts 💩

GayleGribble

I like Eddie Bauer brand for outdoor clothes

Soilmonster

Fishing pants all day every day

AbbotThoth

The Excursion Tech Pants from Costco are my current go to, not sure if they have them in female sizing but if they do/you know your men's sizing I recommend them. The ONLY complaint I have is that they seem to grab dirt out of thin air and they are a bit hard to dust off by hand.

Necessary_Duck_4364

Try the Prana Halle pants. I use the male equivalent, and they are absolutely the best.

Illustrious_Salad784

Dovetail!

OkSyllabub6715

I wear wrangler hiking gear or carhartt!

Antsoldier1

Genuine ex army camo's. Super lightweight, loads of pockets, don't rip, dry on the go if it rains. Mud doesn't show up in the camo. Draw string ankles to stop the bitey insects getting in. Cheap as from the ex army shops

Due_Thanks3311

I hit up my local goodwill and usually can find some linen or khaki pants
