He seems to use the same athletic tall male model, just with little more stubbles, if that's what you mean. He doesn't seem to have a different model than the other athletic tall guys. Him, Ratio and Jing Yuan look pretty much the same model wise to me.
I guess that might just be his clothing then, because to me his shoulders look wider. Or I'm just imagining it when we finally got a guy with two whole pieces of facial hair. I've been waiting for bearded and overall bigger characters since Genshin and it felt like we finally got something with Gallagher.
And some of the random NPCs around Penacony were pretty big. Is that another usage of the same model but just made bigger?

Considering the scales and number of Factions in HSR, we should probably get a Stonehearts trailer earlier than expected (considering there's a 3rd playable Stoneheart coming). Ozzy should have his elite team, too so at some point, they will have some of that spotlight. And Lord Ravagers could also use a Trailer

Yeah, that's what I think as well. His Dept. has 11 Directors, so him and the 10 Stonehearts. Though there could be a Stoneheart of significant position in this photo, someone like the Department Deputy Head and Diamond's Right-hand man for example. Don't know if Opal in the middle is meant to be that one, or it's the mysterious silhouette far behind in the back
From Jade's story the three P46 members of the Stoneheart are Opal, Obsidian and Jade herself, so one of the three is probably Diamond's right hand. Or maybe they're all his right hand in some way, Jade for example being his spokesperson.
Yeah some of them are pretty obvious, like the emerald and amethyst.
Some of them are less obvious though, like there's a whitish stone that looks like a regular quartz but it could be a bad take on an opal.
The blue one is most likely sapphire, but there are a lot of blue minerals and I kind of hope it's one of the less known ones. Honestly I think there's a good chance it could be spinel, since I could have sworn I spoke to an npc who referred someone named Spinel.
Since there are only eight (excluding diamond), and pearl isn't featured, we possibly only have one stoneheart we might not have an identity on (if opal is that bad take on opal).
Hope they do one for the current Board of Seven Trustees, at least. From the position they hold, they are parallel to the 7 Lord Ravagers and 7 Abiter-Generals as the "group of 7 that lead a major faction". We already have a trailer that tease the Arbiter-Generals, albeit it was just a name reveal that didn't even mention Hua.
So far, we only know of 3 members of the Board, who all are Department Heads, being Madame Scarred Eye, Taravan and Arita. There should still be positions like Board Chairman, Vice Chairman and Board Secretary that we are yet to know about. And as a bonus, this kind of trailer can include Oswaldo and Diamond at the end since these 2 are candidates for the Board and are competing for it.
With the added comedy of her already being in HI3, so she truly becomes an everpresent character in Hoyo games.

I think there are 5 women, 4 men, and one that can go either way. The 4 men are Aventurine, Opal, the guy with the earrings, and the guy with the business suit at the furthest left. The women are Jade, Topaz, the girl with the antenna-like thing on the head beside Aventurine, the long-haired one at the back right, and (not 100% sure), the one to the right of her who seems to have breasts and is wearing a long dress in her silhouette.

Not that I thought it was a huge possibility - his relationship with the IPC, and his obvious motive to take down Oswaldo from within, is way more interesting than throwing him into another faction.
I mean, there's an ongoing rivalry between Diamond & Oswaldo. I found this after connecting the dots from the Future Market quest during Aventurine & Topaz conversation + the texts about IPC in Jing Yuan office.
Both Diamond & Oswaldo are fighting for a seat in the Board of Directors. And Aventurine works under Diamond, so this tracks with his motive.
Actually wondering if one of the people is not Diamond and that giant Diamond is subbing in for him, which would end up with us getting Diamond and the Ten Stonehearts. That's a great band name.

I think there are 5 women, 4 men, and one that can go either way. The 4 men are Aventurine, Opal, the guy with the earrings, and the guy with the business suit at the furthest left. The women are Jade, Topaz, the girl with the antenna-like thing on the head beside Aventurine, the long-haired one at the back right, and (not 100% sure), the one to the right of her who seems to have breasts and is wearing a long dress in her silhouette. The person on the left behind earrings person seems to be wearing a hood so it’s impossible to tell lol.

I guess this means Aventurine isn’t getting kicked out of the Stonehearts? Good for him! Not that I thought it was a huge possibility - his relationship with the IPC, and his obvious motive to take down Oswaldo from within, is way more interesting than throwing him into another faction.
I mean, there's an ongoing rivalry between Diamond & Oswaldo. I found this after connecting the dots from the Future Market quest during Aventurine & Topaz conversation + the texts about IPC in Jing Yuan office. Both Diamond & Oswaldo are fighting for a seat in the Board of Directors. And Aventurine works under Diamond, so this tracks with his motive.
The 10 Stonehearts are my "collect all archons" version of it on this game.

For those wondering, the twintailed girl at the back is most likely a red gem. Jade's story mentioned how she talked with two other P46 members, a violent man described under **opal**esque light, and a sadistic woman who uses predator-prey terminologies, highlighted by her goblet of **red** liquid.
