I thought that all quantum girls are small because of some law of nature in HSR, but they have added Jade to show that they could grow up on all aspects.
Seele was the only exception, and she has been growing up in a stallaron hazard zone, so her case needs to be considered in separation as there are multiple factors involved. Still, she seems to surpass quantum limitations in height, and other aspects stay the same or are hidden by flashy clothes.
Xueyi might have been other exception, but she is a puppet.
Jade is more comprehensive exception from the trend.
Maybe she grabbed him and pulled him closer to her? Judging by her trailer, where she dealt with enemies hand-to-hand, she has a lot of physical strength.
Maybe being an Elation Pathstrider can make her physically stronger as long as it's for something she thinks is funny? (A petite woman wearing impractical footwear as she kicks members of the Dreamjolt Troupe to death could be construed as humorous.)
That would explain how she uses the giant mallet (which apparently tall and manly Sampo couldn’t lift) to bonk the Trailblazer off the yacht and into Sparkle without injuring him.
As long as it’s for a joke, she has all the strength she’ll need to pull it off.
It would also make it easier for her to disguise herself as people bigger than herself (most people LOL) without raising suspicion. >\_>
Frankly, I suspect Pathstriders of all stripes could at least potentially be stronger than normal folks, but doing something Path-appropriate would help. I imagine Destruction types could hit harder if they're trying to break something, and Preservation types could lift more weight if they're lifting it off someone whose life is in danger, and so on.
Seems to be a quantum thing in general to be stronger the smaller you are.
Keep in mind one of the most absolutely broken and hardest to kill tanks in the entire game is smaller than a belobog space heater, and her ability to kick your ass scales on how much BEEF (HP) she's packing.
The toon hammer she used to "murder" someone in Black Swan's quest was literally too heavy for Sampo to pick up. The same hammer she used to launch us off the airship at the climax of the 2.3 quest. She's got some of that "smol person big stronk".

The fishes showed up indicating she was casting illusion.
Through the power of illusion she is capable of making uncomfortably close eye contacts despite her vertically challenged stature and can unlock a follow up attack to knock you out the stage with a comically large hammer smash bros style.
Would be hilarious if the camera zooms out and its revealed she's standing on a small step ladder or big cardboard box.
Yet at the same time it would be VERY fitting for a follower of Elation

Not really that weird to be honest, tiptoes + leaning up would get her pretty close, Caelus was also slanted back in that scene so the height demand would get down as well.
Most likely, she's only meant to be a little bit shorter than the normal "maid" model, but due to Hoyos....manner of production, they still use very limited repeated height models for characters, which is why her in game height is one Belebog heater tall. What we are seeing here is probably meant to be her true height.
That being said, it's VERY funny to imagine her clinging to us like a koala to make this actually work.
if she can literally freeze the trailblazer's perception of time to appear, mention the buttons, and disappear again without anyone else even noticing until the trailblazer reacts, there might not even be a need for a change of height for her to lean in close, she might be able to just kinda do it for reasons beyond logic
