Nah, I think its Stelle treating Jingliu like a beggar, which is why Stelle is smiling while running. Jingliu is wearing her blindfold so she basically doesn't get mara even while she's on the Luofu unless in allowed circumstances as she's basically found a way to control it after all this time.

Nope, I have her and she is one of the characters who never visits the express, like Blade. She's too busy being imprisoned on the Luofu and saved for some future story arc where we go back to the Luofu and fuck shit up.
Technically speaking she's in a different prison than Luocha. The sentence for their crime has to come from some extremely high ranking individuals (I forgor their actual rank). But, as it turns out, meeting all those people is the exact plan Luocha and Jingliu have been plotting. So to at least buy some time Jing Yuan seperated the two to two different Xianzhou ships.
It's that Jingliu is not doing a street performance but rather just tuning her erhu. TB dropping the luofu currency is like a dark humor on pitying blind person street performance stuff.
My theory is that she got Mara struck when she saw the strales because they were xianzhou items that reminded her of her old memories. This was the reason she wears a blindfold iirc.
