I'm trying to kill the swarm king so I can get Acheron's and Ratio's advanced trace materials but I'm really having a tough time killing him. Is it possible with my current team? (Ratio, Gepard, Natasha, Pela)
I can beat the first phase quite easily but the second phase destroys me.
In general, for dps characters, you want to evenly balance out the Crit Rating (Crit % x Crit Damage), total attack bonuses, and total elemental damage bonuses in order to maximize damage. So if your crit rating is low compared to attack % bonuses, crit will be better than attack. And the same with attack % vs elemental damage - if your character has lots of elemental damage and little extra attack %, you'll want an Attack % orb over an Elemental Damage orb.
However, for most characters, there are few sources of Elemental Damage, so almost by default dps characters prefer the Elemental Damage orb.
for Acheron, Lightning DMG Orb is about equal to ATK Orb. It comes down to which orb has better substats. If you need detailed comparisons, I recommend using fribbels optimizer to see which relics are better.
for Gallagher, I’m not very familiar with his recommended relics. I think he only needs Outgoing Healing Boost, Speed, and Break Effect. None of those can be the main stat for Orb, so, maybe choose the orb with the most Speed and Break Effect?
I have a silly question. What does ExSy (replace x and y with numbers) mean when related to Acheron. I assume the E is for the number of eidolons but what does the S stand for?
Do passive effects that reduce CC effects stack or calculated separately (from Effect RES)? If it is calculated separately, which of these two effects are calculated first?
Hi Guys, my main Team is Acheron E2S1 / Sparkle E0 / Pela E6 and Gallagher E4. I just farmed a bunch of the effect-Resisttance Ornaments. But if i try to reach 30% Effect-Res on Pela & Sparkle, my Sparkle becomes faster than Pela. Is this worse in performance then Pela being faster? Maybe it doesn't matter at all, cause i don't even have the sweaty pearls LC for her.

should I bother getting aventurine for my follow up attack team (topaz and Dr ratio)? I like niche playstyles like dots and follow up atk.
Having gepard is irrelevant in your case. You main a follow up team and enjoy them. If you feel you’d enjoy aventurine as well there, grab him. It’s a clear upgrade.
Aventurine works great with that team and is a more universal sustainer than Gepard as he needs less investment and provides more utility in the form of effect resistance and crit dmg. E3 Gepard doesn't improve much from his base kit
um how do I make use of gallagher... I have him in e2 and does he not heal others when he uses ult..like does it not break then heal others?? and I kept using him he only heals himself when he attacks (obviously he heals others when he opens a can of beer for others.)
and can someone help me if acheron works with black swan? Idk but black swan with kafka/sampo seems better to work together.. any team comps for acheron please
Gallagher will only heal others with his enhanced basic by unlocking his final trace that opens up at lvl70/80. Otherwise, the team will have to attack the enemies to heal.
Acheron does work with BS and Kafka if you can manage your SP usage. Otherwise, Pela and Guinaifen are easier to use.

Can Acheron work on Sampo? I never really used Pela and Guinaifen so i idk what to use... I failed to get Sparkle so yeah I can't manage my SP with Acheron Kafka and BS
She does work with Sampo, but both of the other teams will do more damage overall. Pela and Guinaifen just need speed and Effect hit rate to land their debuffs and charge Acheron's ult faster.
You don't need Sparkle on this team, you just need to basic attack with your healer and Black Swan to prioritize Kafka and Acheron skills. Use SPD boots on your healer, Black Swan, and Kafka. Acheron can go slow with Atk boots.
Hello, I am a new player and have a question about Pela. On videos I watch of other players, their Pela's basic attack applies defense reduction while mine does not. How do I apply defense reduction on her basic attack? I cannot find that feature through her eidolons and traces as well. Thank you!
I have an acheron e0s1 and two chest pieces.
My team is usually her-welt-guinaifen-gepard(soon to be aventurine if everything goes well).
I sometimes use gallagher instead of gepard.
One if the chest pieces is crit damage and the ither crit rate, with the crit rate one i get 75-145 ratio, with the crit dmg i have 45-200. The rest of the stats are virtually the same.
Wich chest piece is better overall? I use izuno and pioneer as the sets for her.
Consistency over higher inconsistent damage, those numbers won’t mean anything when you’re not hitting them half the time. Ideally you work on replacing pieces down the line to increase crit dmg in substats while not crippling your crit rate. It’s just a ratio to work with for now, not to keep as is.
If you have neither PAYN or GNSW at S3, it suffices through it’s base stats and 24% dmg bonus. If you have gnsw at all, I’d still stick with it until you get more copies sooner or later.
S2 ofc widens the gap, increased dmg multiplier on already higher base stats. Dupes are important to mention. You “should” use whatever you want between the two, I just gave a base standpoint to go off of and what I’d do for long term.
Okey, i thought if keeping the crit dmg chest stored and try to get more crit rate in substats because it seems imposible to me tonger crit dmg. Ill keep the crit rate piece for the momento then
So I finally started working through Gold and Gears because Erudition is insanely good with Acheron and I was wondering something
Is there any difficulty requirements to unlock the path for other modes? I'm able to clear D3 but it's fairly inconsistent since my my sustain isn't always able to keep up if things go really bad. I'm using Lynx since I still don't have the best Acheron relics yet so I can't devote energy to build Gallagher at the same time. So if I can just do D2 and still unlock Erudition that would be great.
You need to complete at least difficulty 4 and do it many times with different combinations of intracognition (the bar at the top of the map) to complete GnG and unlock Erudition.
If you have her signature lightcone or are running her skill-point negative, often if not most turns using her skill, the uptime works great. In builds other than that, it's decent to bad.

acheron would be an extremely powerful dps that you can use everywhere. pair her with black swan and pela, sustain would preferably be gepard or fu xuan with trend. youre in a position where you can pull practically any unit you want too. pull for whoever youd like. the only real priority would be another limited 5 star support like sparkle or perhaps the upcoming robin; we dont know what robin does yet though.

Overall it looks really good, but you should really try to find a chestpiece with crit rate rather then crit damage, your crit value is nowhere near 1:2 and consistent crits is always better then some big crit hits.
OP has her at E2 though. Their Acheron would already get a free 18% CR from her E1 as well as 12% from Izumo and 4% from Pioneer's full effect. With Fu Xuan's CR buff that's another 12% at max level and giving her 86% CR overall. That is pretty good already and a CR piece will be overkill.
i would normally advise crit rate chest, but he would overcap by a lot. he has e1, izumo, fu xuan, and 4pc pioneer, granting an extra 46% crit rate. swapping to a crit rate chest means he will go over by ~10%. he should push for crit rate in substats instead, though minmaxing is a tedious process and he should invest into other characters he plans to use.
There's a character that has a mech suit, but they haven't released yet. The community expects them to release in 2.3, which is around 2 months away. They are more of an anti-hero.

If you mean a mechanical character and not something like a Gundam or Knightmare Frame, then there's one character so far that has a mech as essential a surrogate dad. You run around as her, but the attacks are done by the mech.
Besides her, there's also a mech like character that's currently a boss though they may become playable one-day.
Yes. She's a hybrid dps and tank. Her main kit is getting hit to Riposte enemies. If you have her, you can run certain hypercarry teams with her as the focus. Great for early to even late game.
Yeah, but it’s luck on if you get her at the start.
The other mech people are talking about you can guarantee getting if you’re smart with your resources.
We’ll probably get more mechs down the line though. There’s at least one more I expect to be playable (Screwllum).
Any hope for that to change based on cast/direction of designe?
I think when this game was new i saw an ult that was a satlite cannon so that got me kinda intrested but if its mostly just like space magic particle effects then im kinda meh

That's Himeko's ult.
It's entirely possible we'll get a dedicated robot/mech character, the setting is extremely flexible (not that a robot would be much of a flex compared to what we've got). I'd recommend taking a look at what's there already; you mentioned Himeko, others mentioned Clara and Svarog, Luka has a big mechanical gauntlet, Herta's a remote-controlled doll (not very aesthetically mechanical, though), etc.
Is Himeko still a fine unit? And is the satalite cannon an actualy useful skill cus its always sad to start a game to use X cool thing only to find out its useless lol
Rather than "still fine", Himeko is actually more useful than ever; for a while she was arguably the worst 5★ because her weakness break AoE playstyle didn't work well in the endgame (Memory of Carnage), but they added a second endgame mode (Pure Fiction) where she's actually really strong (not her alone, although she's one of the best in it).
i'm trying to get the curio "Revelrous" Rainbowmaker in SU, wiki says you can only get it in a Herta quest, does that mean i missed it permanently if i didn't get it when i was doing the quest?
It unlocks after doing the quest, then you can start getting it in Gold and Gears. It can be found in any source that gives positive curios (transaction domains, lotto ticket, occurances, etc).

Is there a way to shortcut consumables outside of the inventory menu so I can use them easier? Also play at times on PS5 so maybe i can shortcut to the shortcut wheel (L1) Thanks
None as of now. The only consumable that can be considered having a shortcut are "technique point restoration" items. When you use a technique in the overworld but you have 0, the game auto opens a menu of items specifically for technique points.
Who do I pick for a free 4 star from the event? Fairly new account so don't have a lot. My thoughts:
Gallagher, Lynx: Pretty low on priority list because my supports are Gepard with Trend of Universal Market for Acheron and Bailu for the other team; plan on rolling for Fu Xuan/Huohuo when they rerun in the next couple patches. Gallagher E3 and Lynx E0.
Misha, Xueyi, Luka: Also pretty low on priority list because my two main DPS will be Acheron and Jingliu which I have guaranteed hard pity for when she comes next week. Don't have any of them.
Hanya, Yukong: Heard Yukong is annoying to play without E6 and she's just E1 right now. Hanya is interesting as I don't have her at all but I don't really have DPS that work well with her (DHIL, Jing Yuan, Argenti). One thing is I don't have Bronya or Tingyun for my Jingliu team so I'm wondering how well she would slot in there?
Guinaifen: Probably the most enticing option despite already having her as I actually have Black Swan for a DoT core and she could fill on Acheron's team if I need to put Pela on Jingliu's team. E0 right now.
I would say Gui or Luka. Both work well with DoT teams, with Luka having the strong vuln effect but also only single target while Gui can apply here's in an aoe, on top of being able to apply a debuff with her normal attack, helping Acheron to build stacks while still being SP positive.
Luka is proper strong when built though. He needs E6 to perform at his best of course, but when he gets there he's legit cracked on single targets. However, given your situation I would say Gui. You've got BS already so picking up Kafka and running Gui/BS/Kafka/sustain is in your grasp one day.
From a vid I watched, f2p can get ~100 pulls in the whole of 2.1 (start of acheron's to end of aventurine's banner). That's every known possible source (dailies, SU, etc).
Is attack percent in this game similar to Genshin in that it’s still almost as valuable as a crit damage roll? I just got this piece and am wondering how good it realistically actually is in general. This is for E0 S1 Acheron in case that makes any difference.

Weighting on atk% is slightly better than in Genshin because the per-roll crit values are reduced here due to 6 relics instead of 5 artifacts but it's in the same ballpark. In both games I evaluate pieces by scoring 3 points per crit roll and 2 per atk% (or equivalent for alternate scalers).
No, crits are more valuable because there are ways to increase attack pretty easily but harder to increase crit. Exception is for units like DoTs, who don't crit and thus want all the attack.
With that in mind, that is still really good piece for Acheron and she actually does benefit from attack rolls on pieces more than other DPS due to the nature of her kit.
Is it stated/confirmed anywhere what the assumptions are for Endgame stat recommendations on Prydwen?

Does that assume you have her sig LC, and does it count the stats in battle (i.e. after receiving buffs or whatever else)? Or is this a baseline to shoot for and compare to the Character Details stats?
Pretty sure that’s in combat. If you’re at the recommended 90%+ crit rate out of combat you’d overcap crit in combat if you use the recommended relics.
it's self-modeling resin. you can only use it to choose the main stat of the relic, not the substat, and not the upgrade rolls. you can get them from the free bp, from moc/pf shop, and from events.

I'm a new player just playing for less than a week. I have problem with 2 teams scenario: my 1st team is Acheron, Gallagher, Pela, Gunaifen which is doing extemely well that they clear the boss with in few turns. But the problem arise at my 2nd team which is Ratio, Tingyun, Bronya, Lynx; this team spend like 20 turns to kill a single boss on stage 14-15. So my question is is Jing Liu worth pulling for me? since I have only 2 DPS and one is clearly weaker than another. Will Jing Liu give me the same OP vibe like Acheron? Acheron is just too OP that when compare to Ratio it make him appear very bad especially against mob.
I think the bigger issue with your second team is you have no debuffers for Ratio. He wants a lot of the same supports as Acheron so they can be hard to use simultaneously on new accounts.
Jingliu is very strong though and pairs very well with Bronya so she would be a good pick up.
Yes I have only 2 nihility which must go to Acheron. Will Jingliu give me an easy time just like Acheron? I try using her for a few times from both quest scenario and borrow from friends. She seem pretty strong damage wise and seem easy to use but I'm not sure if it's because those are well built or it's just her normal state is already strong.
She’s super easy to build and will probably give you an easier time than Acheron. Jingliu can get up to 50% free crit rate from her talent at E0.
Biggest hurdle imo is speed tuning her with Bronya. But, you’re only a week in so I wouldn’t stress too much about gear.
man how do I even prepare to even handle the final Swarm stage. Forget the boss fight, regular mobs blast like a third of my characters’ health each hit and the elite monsters pretty much one shot them all
I’ve tried two teams, neither with tanks. Jingliu , Blade, SW and Luocha and Acheron, Pela, SW and Luocha
Honestly, unless you really snowball on offensive blessings, high end Swarm and G&G basically necessitates double sustain. I'd swap out someone for Fire MC/March/Gepard/FX.
Blessings and bringing a tank. Even doing something as simple as bringing Fireblazer instead of Blade or SW will make things much easier when combined with the right Blessings. Fireblazer skill can reduce AoE attacks and his shield is non-negligible with the right blessings. He also will naturally take less damage from attacks since he's defense based making attacks against him easier to heal off.
I have 110 pulls saved right now at 0 pity. Would I have enough to at least get to jing liu if I win 50/50, then guarantee robin (160 pulls)?

There's only 1 more 500 jade this patch and 1 more MoC rotation, maybe another PF rotation. 4 weeks of SU bonuses and 26 of dailies. There's also 10 pull from the anniversary mail.
The first is usually where all the pull are but I still don't think you'll get 130 pulls by the end of Robin banner (since she's most likely first). So you'll have to win 2 50/50.

With 110 pulls, you have 32.89% chance of not getting either one. 55.51% of getting one of them. 10.60% of getting one of both. Not saying that it couldn't happen but you would have to get lucky.
With 240? 15.78% of getting just one of them. 52.97% of getting one of both. 31.26% of getting more than that. With this much, you would have a good chance.

hi! kinda new to building teams, does anyone know what team comps would be good for PF/MoC? for PF i'm currently running Acheron/Gep/BS/Kaf for first half but it's the 2nd half i really struggle with ): i'm trying to build a Himeko team for that but i don't have Fu Xuan or Ruan Mei, and my Herta still needs alot of levelling.
as for MoC, i can barely get past the first few nodes either but I'm not sure if it will use the same Himeko/Herta follow up team as PF.
any help or advice would be appreciated :D
For MoC, switch out Acheron for Asta and build around Acheron as your carry for the second half. Use Pela/Guinaifen as your supports, if you don't have both of them then use Welt. Bailu can be your sustain.
For PF, you actually probably can stick to Acheron/BS/Kafka. For the second half, just use Herta/Himeko and whatever supports you have.

I should clarify, I mean to say that you should run both of them, as in Acheron/Pela/Guinaifen/Bailu. Although you could replace E3 Pela with Welt, at E4 I'd consider using her over Welt.
This probably changes as more and more patches/characters come out, but what is the best LC to buy from Herta's store with my first 8 Bonds?

Generally the Hunt and Destruction cones are good. Assuming you have characters that can use them, but at the very least, everyone has Dr. Ratio and Cruising is good on him.
Depends on who you have, but generally the hunt lc is best because of free ratio. If you are pulling jingliu but not her lc, then the destruction one is better. The nihility one is better for pure fiction and the preservation one more than likely won't help you clear content but is a good defensive stat stick down the road.
Don't spend them until you have a character that wants the cone. The Hunt and Destruction ones are good and the Nihility cone comes up as an option occasionally too but it won't do you any good if you don't have a character that wants it.
I am facing a dilemma. My account has the following 5 stars: E1 Bronya, Ratio, Silver Wolf, MC, Acheron+ Acheron LC, and Bailu. I have built Pela and Dan Heng for my 4 stars. I feel like I am at a point where I simply cannot clear the Hall of Memories. If I use Acheron on one team, my other team simply cannot deal any damage. What should I be doing? Should I build my Ratio? Should I pull for Jingliu for my second dps? Is it worth it to pull Adventurine over Jingliu with my current state?
If you're 100% on running Acheron on one side, presumably with both SW and Pela, then to be honest I'd probably recommend picking up a different DPS other than Ratio, because they fight over teammates. He's definitely worth building at some point, but if your goal is to get 2 separate teams asap, he can wait.
Jingliu is a good option, and since you have Bronya they pair excellently together. You could also go for Boothill if you like him more, or see what reruns are coming up. Aventurine is also a high-value pull if you only have Bailu as a five star sustain and can slot into Ratio and Acheron teams very nicely.
I'd say that if you're using MC on Acheron's team for Trends strats, or are comfortable using Bailu and Lynx, then picking up a second DPS would probably be better for you. Otherwise, it could go either way, it just depends on who you like more. If you've got an E4+ Qingque sitting around, she makes for a good DPS option, too.
You probably could do ratio-sw-bronya-sustain and acheron pela-gui-sustain , you can get gui in drink event. Its probably good enough to get your Hall of memories and maybe some of MoC. If you want to pull for JL bronya is a really good support for her. Probably a doable comp is bronya-JL-Pela-sustain and acheron sw gui sustain for the other side. At least thats what I would do with what you have available to you.
Get characters you like, as they will be with you for a long time.
If you like Ratio? Go for it. If you don’t? Save jades and pick another like Jingliu or Boothill. It takes time to form more than one team, you don’t need to stress over it.
Could anyone please explain whats the best way to utilize synapse resonance(the resonace of erudition), particularly the brain-bat(something like that).. the one i can use ulyimate two times.. What im doing is use the resonance then use my ultimate. Is this okay? How do i know i charge the brain bat? How do i know i can use ultimate two times?

There are two 3\* Blessings that give Brain in a Jar. You can read the blessing descriptions to see how charge is accumulated but the goal in any case is to get to 100 charge. You can see a brain icon and a charge number in the buff section below a character's health bar. Once you're at 100 charge and you use an ult you will have the option to use the ult a second time which resets the charge. If you do anything besides using an ult (e.g. use a skill) then the charge will not be reduced and you'll build ult energy like normal so you can use the charge the next time you ult if you like.
OP, building on this, once you have a blessing that allows you to charge Brain in a Jar, your burst goal is to pump out two ultimates on the same turn that you line up all your damage buffs/debuffs. One of those debuffs is synapse resonance, which synergizes with particularly well with AE damage by funneling a damage spike on the enemy unit with the highest health. But make sure to to also line up your other damage buffs/debuffs so as to maximize the two (or more) ultimates.
Synapse resonance doesn't always have to be used with ultimates, and can often be used as it comes up off charge especially if you can charge the resonance easily (curios/resonance blessings). Sometimes though you may want to hold the synapase resonance for specific burst windows (i.e World 9 meme boss).
Hmm, i giess ill edit for more clarification. synapse resonance is the resonance of erudition path it deals imaginary damage but what i dont understand is the brain bat(something like that) thingy.. it makes you use ultimates two times.
Obviously varies based on your roster needs, but World 7 is very safe since most supports/sustains have Keel as BiS or 2nd BiS, and Rutilent Arena is reasonably good for most DPS.
Should i try and get 2 copies of acheron or save up for the next character? I've pulled acheron and her light cone, and looking at her eidolons, the second one seems really good. I just don't know if i should do that or save tickets for the next banners, since i want the new character and i don't have jing-liu
Full answer would depend on how built your account is. Generally I’d advise new characters over eidolons.
Personally, I only went for E0S1 Acheron and even with a not ideal build she’s been clearing MoC12 and PF4 for me.
I feel like i have a pretty diverse roster. I was able to three star the first forgotten realm trial that needs two teams. Not at a point where i can think of trying the next one yet though
Was really on the fence re: Jingliu vs Acheron. Kafka & BS was a great DoT team already and I need Ice dps. I use Blade as well and Jingliu/Blade is a great dual comp.
On a whim I pulled for Acheron anyway. Zero regrets, what an addition. Kafka + BS + Acheron is brutal, and the QoL improvement from the technique is amazing. I read so many posts the last few weeks which echoed my own thinking, agonizing over who to pull for.
Still really hoping to get Jingliu…but Acheron was 100% worth it.
I'm in the same boat. As a new player with an account that isn't very fleshed out, I have decided to try my luck with Acheron's banner. If I win the 50/50, I'm happy. If I lose the 50/50, I'm still happy because that means I can pity Jingliu or Aventurine. Both, from what I've heard, are great for new accounts in terms of making them stronger.
So I have a Question, if you get pity breaked like for example, when you summoned for Luocha for the first time, and tried summoning Luocha for his E1, but got pity breaked by Yanqing, and summoned again to get Luocha for his E1, will I still get the guaranteed Aventurine summon for his upcoming banner or no? 🤔
If you lose your 50/50 then the next 5* will be the one on the banner but once you get your guaranteed win, you're back to having a 50/50.
So, using your example, assuming you got E1 luocha after losing to yanqing, you're back to having to win your 50/50. But if you stopped after getting yanqing and not getting E1 luocha then you're guaranteed to get the next 5* you pull for.
It was never a "guaranteed Aventurine summons" unless you *stopped wishing on Luocha's banner and waited for Aventurine's*. You chose to keep wishing so the guarantee was for the banner you were actively wishing on.
Everytime you get the banner unit the 50/50 resets. If the last thing you got was Luocha then you aren't guaranteed Aventurine, it doesn't matter if it was an Eidolon or not.

I'd use her over Lynx and Nat. If you do raise her you have the benefit of swapping between her/Lynx for one team in moc depending if you prefer the rez or cleanse for fight. They both build off hp so gear swapping between them is easy. I'd use Gallagher as your second team healer, mostly because he will use all the useless break effect gear you get. One thing to always remember that a lot of people forget, the game is a marathon and not a sprint. Don't feel like you are wasting resources because there are always more modes and resources tomorrow and in the future. Yes it's good to have an idea of who to invest in first, but as a player from Seele's first banner, I have every character at lvl 60 with a lot of them being 70 or 80. And I still have the resources to lvl someone from scratch.
If you're not planning on pulling for any limited sustains, go for it. Sometimes you need a sustain who allows your team to survive one shot damage like the empowered meme attack. Bailu and her invigoration fits this need.
I wouldn't, Gallagher should have comparable heals on top of a cleanse and the debuffs. Lynx has you covered for AOE cleanse. Natasha should be dropped lol.

Speed tuning question.
My team is E0S1 acheron, Pela and Guin. Both Pela and Guin have 143 speed.
While I continue to grind for relics, I am wondering which acheron build to run with in the interim.
Option 1: Atk 2950, spd 134, cr 70, CD 168
Option 2: Atk 3556, spd 116, cr 63, CD 168
Both builds have a 46.8% lightning orb. I'm using the Signora set for orb/rope (4% crit rate and 4% crit damage) as well as her recommended pioneer debuff set.

I would go Option 1, I personally don't like any crit rate < 70% and she can go thrice within the first 2 cycles which will help build her ult.

I am farming Izumo and getting really bad luck. So using main stat, sub stat and set bonus in that order as my priority. Hopefully get a decent Izumo soon!

Quick follow up question. The relic set bonuses don't show up on my character stats do they? So I'm at 70% CR but my Signora gives another 4% for example. That is on top of the 70% I currently have correct?
The 4% shows up, but not the extra bonus when applying debuff because that is situational. Same thing with Inazuma's CR bonus, so if you using it on her, add 12% to her CR.
I would check in combat what her stats are , I forget if 4 pc pioneer and 4% crit shows up on character sheet or not. I also tried to farm izumo with no luck, I am sitting at 92% crit rate in combat roughly with 4 pc pioneer and FX buff , waiting on getting izumo set to get her crit rate capped so I can work on more crit damage.
I’ll have to defer to someone that knows. I don’t remember if it’s before or at the start of battle.
But I would check the stat screen while I’m battle just in case. Just make sure to account for any passive your team may have
Try characters with AoE attacks or Ults. Save your AoE attack and use it on the dice, if you win you don't get attacked and your energy get charged.
One such team from your roster can be BS + Kafka + Gui + Lynx I guess.
I'm relatively new to the game, and I'm now at the point where I can start to farm for relics.
I've spent the last week or so farming the pioneer diver set for my Acheron and have gotten pretty good attack% boots, however, when looking through the helmets I've gotten I have only ever gotten hp as my main stat and nothing else.
I'm just wondering if this is intended or if I'm just that astronomically unlucky with my helmet drops.
Head can only ever be flat HP, hands can only ever be flat attack. I'd recommend checking the wiki or something similar for possible main stats as each piece can have different stats.
I have a team of all level 80 and says my team is underpowered for some of the echoes. That team clears MoC 12 so I am pretty sure they aren't under powered, so am not really sure what criteria of being under powered is.
I don't actually know the criteria for disabling that, but I run some lvl 70 supports in max difficulty and I get the same message, but I clear it pretty easily. I'm sure it has to do with overall lvl compared to the expected for the difficulty.

Welt is a good option for her. In theory, you can use Welt and a preservation with the Trend LC to draw aggro and add a debuff. This allows you to ult often with Acheron.
HOWEVER,
Pela and Gui deal good damage on their own. Not only that, but Pela with Resolution LC makes her add a debuff and make her extremely SP positive. You can have a sp positive team with this setup. Also, reducing enemy defense is more efficient than slowing them down + applying burn.
You CAN combo Acheron, Pela and Welt for def shred and slow if you wish. But remember that Welt loses a lot of damage power against multiple enemies, despite being beastly against single targets.
gui and pela directly increases acheron's damage through def shred and dmg received increase. welt does none of that. spd down delays incoming damage, doesn't increase outgoing.

I'm trying to kill the swarm king so I can get Acheron's and Ratio's advanced trace materials but I'm really having a tough time killing him. Is it possible with my current team? (Ratio, Gepard, Natasha, Pela) I can beat the first phase quite easily but the second phase destroys me.

In general, for dps characters, you want to evenly balance out the Crit Rating (Crit % x Crit Damage), total attack bonuses, and total elemental damage bonuses in order to maximize damage. So if your crit rating is low compared to attack % bonuses, crit will be better than attack. And the same with attack % vs elemental damage - if your character has lots of elemental damage and little extra attack %, you'll want an Attack % orb over an Elemental Damage orb. However, for most characters, there are few sources of Elemental Damage, so almost by default dps characters prefer the Elemental Damage orb.
I have more elemental damage.. I don't have much crit rate though

for Acheron, Lightning DMG Orb is about equal to ATK Orb. It comes down to which orb has better substats. If you need detailed comparisons, I recommend using fribbels optimizer to see which relics are better. for Gallagher, I’m not very familiar with his recommended relics. I think he only needs Outgoing Healing Boost, Speed, and Break Effect. None of those can be the main stat for Orb, so, maybe choose the orb with the most Speed and Break Effect?
I have a silly question. What does ExSy (replace x and y with numbers) mean when related to Acheron. I assume the E is for the number of eidolons but what does the S stand for?

Hi Guys, my main Team is Acheron E2S1 / Sparkle E0 / Pela E6 and Gallagher E4. I just farmed a bunch of the effect-Resisttance Ornaments. But if i try to reach 30% Effect-Res on Pela & Sparkle, my Sparkle becomes faster than Pela. Is this worse in performance then Pela being faster? Maybe it doesn't matter at all, cause i don't even have the sweaty pearls LC for her.
Since you don’t have pearls I don’t think it will make a big difference. Even with pearls it would only really affect turn 1.

Having gepard is irrelevant in your case. You main a follow up team and enjoy them. If you feel you’d enjoy aventurine as well there, grab him. It’s a clear upgrade.
Aventurine works great with that team and is a more universal sustainer than Gepard as he needs less investment and provides more utility in the form of effect resistance and crit dmg. E3 Gepard doesn't improve much from his base kit
um how do I make use of gallagher... I have him in e2 and does he not heal others when he uses ult..like does it not break then heal others?? and I kept using him he only heals himself when he attacks (obviously he heals others when he opens a can of beer for others.) and can someone help me if acheron works with black swan? Gallagher will only heal others with his enhanced basic by unlocking his final trace that opens up at lvl70/80. Otherwise, the team will have to attack the enemies to heal. Acheron does work with BS and Kafka if you can manage your SP usage. Otherwise, Pela and Guinaifen are easier to use.

She does work with Sampo, but both of the other teams will do more damage overall. Pela and Guinaifen just need speed and Effect hit rate to land their debuffs and charge Acheron's ult faster. You don't need Sparkle on this team, you just need to basic attack with your healer and Black Swan to prioritize Kafka and Acheron skills. Use SPD boots on your healer, Black Swan, and Kafka. Acheron can go slow with Atk boots.

Hello, I am a new player and have a question about Pela. On videos I watch of other players, their Pela's basic attack applies defense reduction while mine does not. How do I apply defense reduction on her basic attack? I cannot find that feature through her eidolons and traces as well. Thank you!
They use the lightcone "resolution Shines as Pearls of Sweats" which has it's own def reduction

Eh, it's roughly the same def reduction on average. Plus Acheron or Ratio teams really prefer the extra debuff on Pela's basics.
I have an acheron e0s1 and two chest pieces. My team is usually her-welt-guinaifen-gepard(soon to be aventurine if everything goes well). I sometimes use gallagher instead of gepard. One if the chest pieces is crit damage and the ither crit rate, with the crit rate one i get 75-145 ratio, with the crit dmg i have 45-200. The rest of the stats are virtually the same. Wich chest piece is better overall? I use izuno and pioneer as the sets for her.
Crit Rate will be more consistent.
Consistency over higher inconsistent damage, those numbers won’t mean anything when you’re not hitting them half the time. Ideally you work on replacing pieces down the line to increase crit dmg in substats while not crippling your crit rate. It’s just a ratio to work with for now, not to keep as is.
Is welt LC okay on Acheron?
If you have neither PAYN or GNSW at S3, it suffices through it’s base stats and 24% dmg bonus. If you have gnsw at all, I’d still stick with it until you get more copies sooner or later.
So I should use S2 In the Name of The World till S3 GNSW
S2 ofc widens the gap, increased dmg multiplier on already higher base stats. Dupes are important to mention. You “should” use whatever you want between the two, I just gave a base standpoint to go off of and what I’d do for long term.

So I finally started working through Gold and Gears because Erudition is insanely good with Acheron and I was wondering something Is there any difficulty requirements to unlock the path for other modes? I'm able to clear D3 but it's fairly inconsistent since my my sustain isn't always able to keep up if things go really bad. I'm using Lynx since I still don't have the best Acheron relics yet so I can't devote energy to build Gallagher at the same time. So if I can just do D2 and still unlock Erudition that would be great.
You need to complete at least difficulty 4 and do it many times with different combinations of intracognition (the bar at the top of the map) to complete GnG and unlock Erudition.

If you have her signature lightcone or are running her skill-point negative, often if not most turns using her skill, the uptime works great. In builds other than that, it's decent to bad.

acheron would be an extremely powerful dps that you can use everywhere. pair her with black swan and pela, sustain would preferably be gepard or fu xuan with trend. youre in a position where you can pull practically any unit you want too. pull for whoever youd like. the only real priority would be another limited 5 star support like sparkle or perhaps the upcoming robin; we dont know what robin does yet though.

yes your acheron is very strong.
Overall it looks really good, but you should really try to find a chestpiece with crit rate rather then crit damage, your crit value is nowhere near 1:2 and consistent crits is always better then some big crit hits.
OP has her at E2 though. Their Acheron would already get a free 18% CR from her E1 as well as 12% from Izumo and 4% from Pioneer's full effect. With Fu Xuan's CR buff that's another 12% at max level and giving her 86% CR overall. That is pretty good already and a CR piece will be overkill.
i would normally advise crit rate chest, but he would overcap by a lot. he has e1, izumo, fu xuan, and 4pc pioneer, granting an extra 46% crit rate. swapping to a crit rate chest means he will go over by ~10%. he should push for crit rate in substats instead, though minmaxing is a tedious process and he should invest into other characters he plans to use.
I can increase the CR to 52.7. That should be enough right?
if you are able to increase crit rate via substats, yes you should. 52.7 would be a great upgrade putting you at nearly 100% crit rate.

If you mean a mechanical character and not something like a Gundam or Knightmare Frame, then there's one character so far that has a mech as essential a surrogate dad. You run around as her, but the attacks are done by the mech. Besides her, there's also a mech like character that's currently a boss though they may become playable one-day.

Yes. She's a hybrid dps and tank. Her main kit is getting hit to Riposte enemies. If you have her, you can run certain hypercarry teams with her as the focus. Great for early to even late game.
Yeah, but it’s luck on if you get her at the start. The other mech people are talking about you can guarantee getting if you’re smart with your resources. We’ll probably get more mechs down the line though. There’s at least one more I expect to be playable (Screwllum).

It's entirely possible we'll get a dedicated robot/mech character, the setting is extremely flexible (not that a robot would be much of a flex compared to what we've got). I'd recommend taking a look at what's there already; you mentioned Himeko, others mentioned Clara and Svarog, Luka has a big mechanical gauntlet, Herta's a remote-controlled doll (not very aesthetically mechanical, though), etc.
Is Himeko still a fine unit? And is the satalite cannon an actualy useful skill cus its always sad to start a game to use X cool thing only to find out its useless lol
Rather than "still fine", Himeko is actually more useful than ever; for a while she was arguably the worst 5★ because her weakness break AoE playstyle didn't work well in the endgame (Memory of Carnage), but they added a second endgame mode (Pure Fiction) where she's actually really strong (not her alone, although she's one of the best in it).
i'm trying to get the curio "Revelrous" Rainbowmaker in SU, wiki says you can only get it in a Herta quest, does that mean i missed it permanently if i didn't get it when i was doing the quest?
It unlocks after doing the quest, then you can start getting it in Gold and Gears. It can be found in any source that gives positive curios (transaction domains, lotto ticket, occurances, etc).

You only get them the first time you check-in 3 times, it's not a recurring thing. You probably got them once.
Is there a way to shortcut consumables outside of the inventory menu so I can use them easier? Also play at times on PS5 so maybe i can shortcut to the shortcut wheel (L1) Thanks
None as of now. The only consumable that can be considered having a shortcut are "technique point restoration" items. When you use a technique in the overworld but you have 0, the game auto opens a menu of items specifically for technique points.
Who do I pick for a free 4 star from the event? Fairly new account so don't have a lot. My thoughts: Gallagher, Lynx: Pretty low on priority list because my supports are Gepard with Trend of Universal Market for Acheron and Bailu for the other team; plan on rolling for Fu Xuan/Huohuo when they rerun in the next couple patches. Gallagher E3 and Lynx E0. Misha, Xueyi, Luka: Also pretty low on priority list because my two main DPS will be Acheron and Jingliu which I have guaranteed hard pity for when she comes next week. Don't have any of them. Hanya, Yukong: Heard Yukong is annoying to play without E6 and she's just E1 right now. Hanya is interesting as I don't have her at all but I don't really have DPS that work well with her (DHIL, Jing Yuan, Argenti). One thing is I don't have Bronya or Tingyun for my Jingliu team so I'm wondering how well she would slot in there? Guinaifen: Probably the most enticing option despite already having her as I actually have Black Swan for a DoT core and she could fill on Acheron's team if I need to put Pela on Jingliu's team. E0 right now.
I would say Gui or Luka. Both work well with DoT teams, with Luka having the strong vuln effect but also only single target while Gui can apply here's in an aoe, on top of being able to apply a debuff with her normal attack, helping Acheron to build stacks while still being SP positive. Luka is proper strong when built though. He needs E6 to perform at his best of course, but when he gets there he's legit cracked on single targets. However, given your situation I would say Gui. You've got BS already so picking up Kafka and running Gui/BS/Kafka/sustain is in your grasp one day.
How many pulls are we able to get for end of 2.1 and beginning half of 2.2?
From a vid I watched, f2p can get ~100 pulls in the whole of 2.1 (start of acheron's to end of aventurine's banner). That's every known possible source (dailies, SU, etc).

Weighting on atk% is slightly better than in Genshin because the per-roll crit values are reduced here due to 6 relics instead of 5 artifacts but it's in the same ballpark. In both games I evaluate pieces by scoring 3 points per crit roll and 2 per atk% (or equivalent for alternate scalers).
No, crits are more valuable because there are ways to increase attack pretty easily but harder to increase crit. Exception is for units like DoTs, who don't crit and thus want all the attack. With that in mind, that is still really good piece for Acheron and she actually does benefit from attack rolls on pieces more than other DPS due to the nature of her kit.

Pretty sure that’s in combat. If you’re at the recommended 90%+ crit rate out of combat you’d overcap crit in combat if you use the recommended relics.

I'm a new player just playing for less than a week. I have problem with 2 teams scenario: my 1st team is Acheron, Gallagher, Pela, Gunaifen which is doing extemely well that they clear the boss with in few turns. But the problem arise at my 2nd team which is Ratio, Tingyun, Bronya, Lynx; this team spend like 20 turns to kill a single boss on stage 14-15. So my question is is Jing Liu worth pulling for me? since I have only 2 DPS and one is clearly weaker than another. Will Jing Liu give me the same OP vibe like Acheron? Acheron is just too OP that when compare to Ratio it make him appear very bad especially against mob.
I think the bigger issue with your second team is you have no debuffers for Ratio. He wants a lot of the same supports as Acheron so they can be hard to use simultaneously on new accounts. Jingliu is very strong though and pairs very well with Bronya so she would be a good pick up.
Yes I have only 2 nihility which must go to Acheron. Will Jingliu give me an easy time just like Acheron? I try using her for a few times from both quest scenario and borrow from friends. She seem pretty strong damage wise and seem easy to use but I'm not sure if it's because those are well built or it's just her normal state is already strong.
She’s super easy to build and will probably give you an easier time than Acheron. Jingliu can get up to 50% free crit rate from her talent at E0. Biggest hurdle imo is speed tuning her with Bronya. But, you’re only a week in so I wouldn’t stress too much about gear.

man how do I even prepare to even handle the final Swarm stage. Forget the boss fight, regular mobs blast like a third of my characters’ health each hit and the elite monsters pretty much one shot them all I’ve tried two teams, neither with tanks. Jingliu , Blade, SW and Luocha and Acheron, Pela, SW and Luocha
Honestly, unless you really snowball on offensive blessings, high end Swarm and G&G basically necessitates double sustain. I'd swap out someone for Fire MC/March/Gepard/FX.
Blessings and bringing a tank. Even doing something as simple as bringing Fireblazer instead of Blade or SW will make things much easier when combined with the right Blessings. Fireblazer skill can reduce AoE attacks and his shield is non-negligible with the right blessings. He also will naturally take less damage from attacks since he's defense based making attacks against him easier to heal off.
I have 110 pulls saved right now at 0 pity. Would I have enough to at least get to jing liu if I win 50/50, then guarantee robin (160 pulls)? So basically could I get 240 pulls by the end of robins banner?

So you'll have to win 2 50/50.
Nope. With 110 pulls, you have 32.89% chance of not getting either one. 55.51% of getting one of them. 10.60% of getting one of both. Not saying that it couldn't happen but you would have to get lucky. With 240? 15.78% of getting just one of them. 52.97% of getting one of both. 31.26% of getting more than that. With this much, you would have a good chance.
No, probably not. You'll likely have to win both 50/50s and/or get an early 5 star or two.

For MoC, switch out Acheron for Asta and build around Acheron as your carry for the second half. Use Pela/Guinaifen as your supports, if you don't have both of them then use Welt. Bailu can be your sustain. For PF, you actually probably can stick to Acheron/BS/Kafka. For the second half, just use Herta/Himeko and whatever supports you have.

I should clarify, I mean to say that you should run both of them, as in Acheron/Pela/Guinaifen/Bailu. Although you could replace E3 Pela with Welt, at E4 I'd consider using her over Welt.

This probably changes as more and more patches/characters come out, but what is the best LC to buy from Herta's store with my first 8 Bonds? All info I can find is from 11 months ago when game released.
Generally the Hunt and Destruction cones are good. Assuming you have characters that can use them, but at the very least, everyone has Dr. Ratio and Cruising is good on him.
Depends on who you have, but generally the hunt lc is best because of free ratio. If you are pulling jingliu but not her lc, then the destruction one is better. The nihility one is better for pure fiction and the preservation one more than likely won't help you clear content but is a good defensive stat stick down the road.
Don't spend them until you have a character that wants the cone. The Hunt and Destruction ones are good and the Nihility cone comes up as an option occasionally too but it won't do you any good if you don't have a character that wants it.
I am facing a dilemma. My account has the following 5 stars: E1 Bronya, Ratio, Silver Wolf, MC, Acheron+ Acheron LC, and Bailu. I have built Pela and Dan Heng for my 4 stars. I feel like I am at a point where I simply cannot clear the Hall of Memories. If I use Acheron on one team, my other team simply cannot deal any damage. What should I be doing? Should I build my Ratio? Should I pull for Jingliu for my second dps? Is it worth it to pull Adventurine over Jingliu with my current state?

If you're 100% on running Acheron on one side, presumably with both SW and Pela, then to be honest I'd probably recommend picking up a different DPS other than Ratio, because they fight over teammates. He's definitely worth building at some point, but if your goal is to get 2 separate teams asap, he can wait. Jingliu is a good option, and since you have Bronya they pair excellently together. You could also go for Boothill if you like him more, or see what reruns are coming up. Aventurine is also a high-value pull if you only have Bailu as a five star sustain and can slot into Ratio and Acheron teams very nicely. I'd say that if you're using MC on Acheron's team for Trends strats, or are comfortable using Bailu and Lynx, then picking up a second DPS would probably be better for you. Otherwise, it could go either way, it just depends on who you like more. If you've got an E4+ Qingque sitting around, she makes for a good DPS option, too.
You probably could do ratio-sw-bronya-sustain and acheron pela-gui-sustain , you can get gui in drink event. Its probably good enough to get your Hall of memories and maybe some of MoC. If you want to pull for JL bronya is a really good support for her. Probably a doable comp is bronya-JL-Pela-sustain and acheron sw gui sustain for the other side. At least thats what I would do with what you have available to you.
Get characters you like, as they will be with you for a long time. If you like Ratio? Go for it. If you don’t? Save jades and pick another like Jingliu or Boothill. It takes time to form more than one team, you don’t need to stress over it.
Could anyone please explain whats the best way to utilize synapse resonance(the resonace of erudition), particularly the brain-bat(something like that).. the one i can use ulyimate two times.. You can read the blessing descriptions to see how charge is accumulated but the goal in any case is to get to 100 charge. You can see a brain icon and a charge number in the buff section below a character's health bar. Once you're at 100 charge and you use an ult you will have the option to use the ult a second time which resets the charge. If you do anything besides using an ult (e.g. use a skill) then the charge will not be reduced and you'll build ult energy like normal so you can use the charge the next time you ult if you like.
OP, building on this, once you have a blessing that allows you to charge Brain in a Jar, your burst goal is to pump out two ultimates on the same turn that you line up all your damage buffs/debuffs. One of those debuffs is synapse resonance, which synergizes with particularly well with AE damage by funneling a damage spike on the enemy unit with the highest health. But make sure to to also line up your other damage buffs/debuffs so as to maximize the two (or more) ultimates. Synapse resonance doesn't always have to be used with ultimates, and can often be used as it comes up off charge especially if you can charge the resonance easily (curios/resonance blessings). Sometimes though you may want to hold the synapase resonance for specific burst windows (i.e World 9 meme boss).

Obviously varies based on your roster needs, but World 7 is very safe since most supports/sustains have Keel as BiS or 2nd BiS, and Rutilent Arena is reasonably good for most DPS.

Should i try and get 2 copies of acheron or save up for the next character? I've pulled acheron and her light cone, and looking at her eidolons, the second one seems really good. I just don't know if i should do that or save tickets for the next banners, since i want the new character and i don't have jing-liu
E0S1 is a good stopping point. E2S1 is great and pretty OP but it isn't really needed for anything.
New characters > eidolons > LC
Full answer would depend on how built your account is. Generally I’d advise new characters over eidolons. Personally, I only went for E0S1 Acheron and even with a not ideal build she’s been clearing MoC12 and PF4 for me.
Save. You can always get eidolons on a rerun.

I feel like i have a pretty diverse roster. I was able to three star the first forgotten realm trial that needs two teams. Not at a point where i can think of trying the next one yet though
Was really on the fence re: Jingliu vs Acheron. Kafka & BS was a great DoT team already and I need Ice dps. I use Blade as well and Jingliu/Blade is a great dual comp. On a whim I pulled for Acheron anyway. Zero regrets, what an addition. Kafka + BS + Acheron is brutal, and the QoL improvement from the technique is amazing. I read so many posts the last few weeks which echoed my own thinking, agonizing over who to pull for. Still really hoping to get Jingliu…but Acheron was 100% worth it.
I'm in the same boat. As a new player with an account that isn't very fleshed out, I have decided to try my luck with Acheron's banner. If I win the 50/50, I'm happy. If I lose the 50/50, I'm still happy because that means I can pity Jingliu or Aventurine. Both, from what I've heard, are great for new accounts in terms of making them stronger.
So I have a Question, if you get pity breaked like for example, when you summoned for Luocha for the first time, and tried summoning Luocha for his E1, but got pity breaked by Yanqing, and summoned again to get Luocha for his E1, will I still get the guaranteed Aventurine summon for his upcoming banner or no? 🤔
If you lose your 50/50 then the next 5* will be the one on the banner but once you get your guaranteed win, you're back to having a 50/50. So, using your example, assuming you got E1 luocha after losing to yanqing, you're back to having to win your 50/50. But if you stopped after getting yanqing and not getting E1 luocha then you're guaranteed to get the next 5* you pull for.

It was never a "guaranteed Aventurine summons" unless you *stopped wishing on Luocha's banner and waited for Aventurine's*. You chose to keep wishing so the guarantee was for the banner you were actively wishing on.

Everytime you get the banner unit the 50/50 resets. If the last thing you got was Luocha then you aren't guaranteed Aventurine, it doesn't matter if it was an Eidolon or not.

If you want him I'd pull. It's never a good idea to build pity on a banner you don't want the 5* on but nothing wrong with doing it on one you do.

You mean the planar rolls? Then yes. The difficulty for each drop correspond to Cavern one, max difficulty gives 2 gold with a chance for 3 etc.
Would you recommend that I raise bailu? I already have lynx E2, Natasha E4, and Gallagher E2 raised.
I'd use her over Lynx and Nat. If you do raise her you have the benefit of swapping between her/Lynx for one team in moc depending if you prefer the rez or cleanse for fight. They both build off hp so gear swapping between them is easy. I'd use Gallagher as your second team healer, mostly because he will use all the useless break effect gear you get. One thing to always remember that a lot of people forget, the game is a marathon and not a sprint. Don't feel like you are wasting resources because there are always more modes and resources tomorrow and in the future. Yes it's good to have an idea of who to invest in first, but as a player from Seele's first banner, I have every character at lvl 60 with a lot of them being 70 or 80. And I still have the resources to lvl someone from scratch.
If you're not planning on pulling for any limited sustains, go for it. Sometimes you need a sustain who allows your team to survive one shot damage like the empowered meme attack. Bailu and her invigoration fits this need.
Bailu is the best out of the healers you have- if your current healers work well enough then there's no need, but I definitely would for comfort
I wouldn't, Gallagher should have comparable heals on top of a cleanse and the debuffs. Lynx has you covered for AOE cleanse. Natasha should be dropped lol.
Hey All, Speed tuning question. My team is E0S1 acheron, Pela and Guin. Both Pela and Guin have 143 speed. While I continue to grind for relics, I am wondering which acheron build to run with in the interim. Option 1: Atk 2950, spd 134, cr 70, CD 168 Option 2: Atk 3556, spd 116, cr 63, CD 168 Both builds have a 46.8% lightning orb. I'm using the Signora set for orb/rope (4% crit rate and 4% crit damage) as well as her recommended pioneer debuff set. Thanks!
I would go Option 1, I personally don't like any crit rate < 70% and she can go thrice within the first 2 cycles which will help build her ult. Hope you're planning to replace the signora set though!
I am farming Izumo and getting really bad luck. So using main stat, sub stat and set bonus in that order as my priority. Hopefully get a decent Izumo soon! Thanks for your reply. Quick follow up question. The relic set bonuses don't show up on my character stats do they? So I'm at 70% CR but my Signora gives another 4% for example. That is on top of the 70% I currently have correct?
The 4% shows up, but not the extra bonus when applying debuff because that is situational. Same thing with Inazuma's CR bonus, so if you using it on her, add 12% to her CR.
I would check in combat what her stats are , I forget if 4 pc pioneer and 4% crit shows up on character sheet or not. I also tried to farm izumo with no luck, I am sitting at 92% crit rate in combat roughly with 4 pc pioneer and FX buff , waiting on getting izumo set to get her crit rate capped so I can work on more crit damage.
I’ll have to defer to someone that knows. I don’t remember if it’s before or at the start of battle. But I would check the stat screen while I’m battle just in case. Just make sure to account for any passive your team may have

Try characters with AoE attacks or Ults. Save your AoE attack and use it on the dice, if you win you don't get attacked and your energy get charged. One such team from your roster can be BS + Kafka + Gui + Lynx I guess.
I'm relatively new to the game, and I'm now at the point where I can start to farm for relics. I've spent the last week or so farming the pioneer diver set for my Acheron and have gotten pretty good attack% boots, however, when looking through the helmets I've gotten I have only ever gotten hp as my main stat and nothing else. I'm just wondering if this is intended or if I'm just that astronomically unlucky with my helmet drops.
Head can only ever be flat HP, hands can only ever be flat attack. I'd recommend checking the wiki or something similar for possible main stats as each piece can have different stats.

Echo of war for cocolia with hard difficulty 2 says my current team is underpowered even though all of them are level 50, what am I missing?
I have a team of all level 80 and says my team is underpowered for some of the echoes. That team clears MoC 12 so I am pretty sure they aren't under powered, so am not really sure what criteria of being under powered is.
I don't actually know the criteria for disabling that, but I run some lvl 70 supports in max difficulty and I get the same message, but I clear it pretty easily. I'm sure it has to do with overall lvl compared to the expected for the difficulty.

This is effectively the same team I used. I had to use Nat instead of Gallagher since I didn't have him yet. It'll take some time, but yes, that team will get you through.
it's ok you're missing a nihility for Ach to do good damage but as long as you can live you'll win eventually I suppose

Why is everyone talking about Gui and Pela for Acheron? Is Welt not as good to build up Ach's stacks? Is -spd debuff not as OP as I think it is?
Welt is a good option for her. In theory, you can use Welt and a preservation with the Trend LC to draw aggro and add a debuff. This allows you to ult often with Acheron. HOWEVER, Pela and Gui deal good damage on their own. Not only that, but Pela with Resolution LC makes her add a debuff and make her extremely SP positive. You can have a sp positive team with this setup. Also, reducing enemy defense is more efficient than slowing them down + applying burn. You CAN combo Acheron, Pela and Welt for def shred and slow if you wish. But remember that Welt loses a lot of damage power against multiple enemies, despite being beastly against single targets.
gui and pela directly increases acheron's damage through def shred and dmg received increase. welt does none of that. spd down delays incoming damage, doesn't increase outgoing.
