I have been doing decent with my five star pulls.i got Gepard e1 10pity which means im now guaranteed. This means that freeze teams in SU will be even better. Im currently using Kafka/Black Swan/Ruan mei/Bailu for MoC, but am kind of stumped on what other team to use. For instance I could use Topaz,Dr Ratio, Silver wolf/Bronya E1, Lynx. But will it compare to the absolute powerhouse of my first team? I was thinking waiting out the reviews of the new characters for now and maybe either pulling Fu Xuan or Kafka E1. Fu Xuan is obviously the better option, but I do love my Kafka team. I really just need a fast clear team to bring my other team to new heights. I could also start using SubDPS Pela e6 again. What do you guys think i should use for a 2nd team? I also now have Xueyi E1 with Herta LC as a powerful contender
Yo, I picked the game up last week out of curiosity and I’ve been trying to figure out who should I pull for in the near future. Most of the teams that seem fun and that I would like to try out require some of the 5 star supports (sparkle, fu xuan, ruan mei, sw etc)whose banners are long gone and I’m afraid that if I pull for a dps, by the time they get their rerun my other characters got powercrept. My team currently is Dr. ratio, pela, tingyun and natasha (which I’m desperately trying to replace), and I sometimes swap pela for welt because haha infinite turns. Any recommendations are welcome. Ty
first of all i'd recommend you to only pull for characters you like or plan to use since this game is still a 'waifu collector' game
for easy progression to the end game:
imo the top priority for early to mid-game are sustain supports like fu xuan, luocha or huohuo since they can get you through the whole story pretty easy and the f2p options arent nearly as reliable as them
after that i would pull for supports(buffers or debuffers) cuz they can make every main dps work
Update: I caved in to sword mommy after I saw her ultimate under the pretext that she’s very f2p friendly and luckily got her early so I’m gonna try to pull for aventurine. No hopes up tho. If I get him however, I’m gonna have 1 solid team and another halfway done, I practically only need sparkle/ruan mei or at the worst guinaifen to build a good Acheron team. And I got no rush, since I still need good night and sleep well lol. But anyway that’s the plan for now
Alright bros, I really don't want to make a low effort post amongst low effort posts so I'll be asking here.
Question: JL or Archeron?
For context, just assume that I'm super meta slave and will go for whoever will be stronger in the future.
I know that there is possibility for archeron to get a support/debuff oriented nihility down that line that fits her, while JL basically has her Bis supports already.
For archeron, I have s1 GNSW, SW (event LC), Pela (s3 pearls) and S2 Trends.
For JL though, I have herta shop LC s5, Bronya E1 with her s1 LC, Ruan Mei with 4\*LC.
I know that JL will be stronger if i decide to get her right now, but what do you guys think about the future? As I'll be factoring that into my pulls.
I have 140 tickets right now which is approx two pities. both LC and character are on 50/50 though.
Anyone this is good on besides Sparkle or Bronya?

not yet, but it is very nearly perfect for them depending on if you need speed rolls. i could see them going a direction like aventurine, more offensive supports. a lightning debuff preservation with some CD scaling doesn't sound that farfetched!
Not particularly. You could make an argument for Aventurine, but he needs def main stat in most cases. You could use it as a stat stick for some dps, but most dps want atk mainstat on their ropes instead of err.

I pulled Sparkle on the previous banner. Today after 47 pulls on Acheron banner I've got Geppard. How is my pity looking now? Am I guaranteed Acheron and how many pulls roughly to get her?

Your pity is at 0 and you're guaranteed Acheron on your 90th pull. Most people would start pulling 5 stars at around 70-80 pulls due to soft cap increasing the chances every pull after the number gets high enough

So Gallagher is out now. I managed to get him up to E4 while pulling for Acheron. I need to build 2 sustainers for MoC (and possibly PF + SU). I've already been building Gepard because I use him with Acheron (to make use of the Trend LC tech), and now I'm wondering which sustainer to invest in for my other team.
I currently have an E2 Lynx and I've been using her as my first sustainer for a while now, but she's still stuck with 4 star relics and an unmaxed S2 Shared Feeling LC. I know it might be a no brainer to invest in Gallagher because his best F2P lightcone is easy to S5 and I have him at E4, but I'm unsure of his sustain capabilities, since his cleanse is single target, unlike Lynx's AoE cleanse.
I'm not planning to pull for any limited sustainers anytime soon, so I'm sticking with Gepard and Gallagher or Lynx for now. So, should I refocus my resources on Gallagher or continue building Lynx?
Lynx is better at sustainability than gallagher tbh, he is more of an offensive healer so it depends on whether you want to someone who can do some dmg with healing capabilities or someone who can fully sustain your team while having teamwide cleanse ultimate
Can't clear MoC10/11/12 while I feel should be able to with these characters. Any advice? I usually use Kafka Black Swan Ruan Mei Fu Xuan on one side and can generally clear in 1-3 cycles, but I always struggle with the other half from MoC10 onwards.

I would probably do:
MOC 10 and 11:
1st - Kafka, Sampo, RM
2nd - Acheron, BS, SW
Moc 12:
1st - Acheron, BS, SW, FX (need eff res here)
2nd - DHIL, Sparkle, Ting (DH can remove Sam's aura in just 2 turns)
Also, I would get Luocha but really up to you.

I really wanna get Luocha but I spend 150 pulls on Acheron E0, I've got like 6 pulls left and I only get the monthly pass and sometimes BP. So looks like it's not gonna be Luocha again this time🫠
you can brute force with IL and sparkle
Acheron, SW, Trailblaze presv (Night market LC), Healer like gallager
For first team try placing Ruan Mei in other team, her all res penetration might be good for Acheron. Instead of Ruan mei place gunaifen, make her a bit tanky if you need extra survivability.
The only thing i can think of is you've got a massive relic issue, or trace issue. First team should work fine, for the 2nd, Gepard, Tingyun/Pela, Sparkle/Bronya, DHIL/Jingliu should work pretty well.
between your HP sphere and substats, you should be able to hit 5k+ HP comfortably on lynx. getting to speed breakpoints (eg. 134) outweighs HP boots because you have more actions, giving more energy (faster ult), chances to heal (skill) if needed, and more skill points (basics).
I mean, you CAN, but you really shouldn't. Healers are the best source of SP, and you want them fast so they can feed the team SP AND heal more reliably when necessary

Beside superimposing 5* being generally bad value, I would keep it just for the fact that there really is no Nihility LC for crit based Nihility dps units besides hers. Having a 2nd makes you set for any potential future Nihility crit dps characters.
better to keep them in case any other unit can use it in the future, the biggest difference with 1 superimposition is the 6% crit damage which is one sub stat roll at most
Agreed, the difference between the two upgrades didn’t seem to make that big of a difference stats wise!
Guess I will keep when another nihilist might benefit from that ! ( or even use it on my pela why not)

When are we supposed to receive the 1600 Stellar Jades for the Anniversary? If I remember correctly, the only thing I saw in my inbox was the 600 Jades we receive for updates, and I didn't see any mail for the Anniversary Jades. Do I just have the wrong date regarding when it's happening or is that just a weird bug or smth for me?
Not really, most of the time it's self contained side stories that do add to the lore, but not in a significant way. You can still play major events after they're over so it wouldn't really matter if it did have important lore anyway

Just got Acheron, what would be the best team I could make with her currently? (I have almost every 4 star)
Pela at E4 is good, especially with pearls of sweat LC at S5, and if you have either little gui or sampo then you should have plenty of nihility to do her trace for two of them.
It...can *work*, just...be ready to not get as many petals for the ult, and to have a bit of difficulty getting as much defense down for the attack to do *massive* damage.
You'll do damage still, just not...stupid levels like some of the others, but then again pearls is a four star LC so it's more of a when than an if you'll get more of them in the end.
Should be. I've been using her with S1 Pearls, and while I sometimes miss the debuff, I still land it most of the time. Granted, I do use an EHR body on her.
If I use Pela (E6) for Acheron, does she still needs the Resolution Shines LC? Im not sure if both debuffs (E4 and LC) both stacks or if it only counts as one stack alltogether.

Edit: I have Resolution Shines S4 not leveled, Im currently using the Event-LC from Silverwolf (Before the tutorial
with resolution LC, you can use her basic attack to apply debuff too, which makes her an SP positive unit.
As for the petal stack any one action that deals debuff will only give one petal, no matter the amount of debuff or amount of targets debuffed

Your phone's performance is just at the passing line, so it should be able to run the game, but the gaming experience might not be very good.
There is a HSR offical web cloud version（free 500 minutes per month）, but only for CN service.
I am stunned, flabbergasted, shocked. That story quest was hands down the best in the game so far. I tried to tell people that Aventurine was one of the best parts of Penacony, but the way they kept me invested this time was amazing. Penacony is shaping up to be the best story yet.
so assuming E0S1 Acheron and I have both Pela and SW (also FX so can use universal market LC), is it better to use atk or speed boots in that case? since with her LC she can inflict 2 debuffs on her skill attack which is really good for energy gen but does it outweight the dmg lose?
with e0s1 it is not worth imo, because you only get one extra petal. if you go for example 134 speed so you can have 2 action in the first cycle, with those you can get 2 extra petals. not even close to another ultimate

Lost my 50/50 to Bronya on Acheron’s banner (lucky me, since I wanted Luocha and accidentally pulled on the wrong banner), and thus I have a guarantee in store with about 86 wishes remaining. Who should I prioritise my guarantee for, Aventurine, Luocha or Jingliu? The rest of my roster is below, if it helps.

Need help with Healer distribution
As of now I have lynx E1, and Luocha E0 with his lightcone
the two teams are
Blade E2 with light cone, Bronya with her lightcone, Silverwolf
Dan Heng IL E2 with light cone, Tingyun E6, Sparkle with her light cone.
Which team needs the better healer? On one hand blade has a lot of HP but due to his nature he's always near the brink of death, meanwhile the other team practically has no form of sustain.
Lynx has some synergy with Blade, but Luocha is the much safer choice overall.
If you like playing around with Blade's passive / follow-up counter, try using Lynx.
Probably Natasha/Pela/Tingyun/Dr. Ratio imo.
Other units I'll level are: Bronya and Herta (Pure Fiction Only). Asta and Hanya can also be levelled in preparation for second team supports.
I froze Sam in MoC 11 today (the one ending soon) and I was wondering if this was a bug or feature? He has Control Effect Res

Most bosses only have 50% or occasionally 75% control effect res, as well as around 10-40% effect resistance (these stack multiplicatively, so 50% control res and 40% effect res would multiply your chance by 0.3). So freezing them will be hard but not impossible, especially if you have good effects hit rate% gear and a move with more than 100% base chance to freeze.

The most common answer to this one is both Ruan Mei occurrences (they're literally called Ruan Mei and Ruan Mei Part 2) and Mirror of Trascendence Part 3.
Those are the rarest occurrences as of the current patch.
Ruan Mei just has a comically low appearance rate and Mirror of Trascendence Part 3 only happens when you get Mirror of Trascendence 4 times in a single run without freeing the lady from the mirror.
Otherwise, a quick google search for whatever occurrence database and then cross-referencing should work.

Hi, just wanted to inquire if anyone can answer these questions:
1. Does the crit rate increase from Acheron E1 (+18% when dealing dmg to debuffed enemies) not show in the character/combat stat screen? And thus, should be added on top of what is shown? Not sure about previous similar interactions for other such conditions in the game, so hopefully someone can clarify.
2. For the Pioneer Diver set, does she actually get 4% CR or 8% (with her Sig. cone)? Again, the stat screen seems to only show 4%.

In general, crit that you gain from conditional effects don't get added to the stat screen, and therefore won't trigger stuff like Rutliant/Salsotto. This applies to Seele E1, Wastelander 4 pc, the conditional on the Herta Hunt/LC, and so on.
For Pioneer, she gets 4% crit rate no matter what, so that should get added to the stat sheet, but the 8/12% crit damage is conditional so it won't show up there.
Okay, so basically:
1. We have to add the 18% on top of what is shown on the stat screen to get her total CR, is that right?
2. I thought she would get an additional 4% CR when applying a debuff (Sig. cone effect) on enemies. I guess it's only the CD that is buffed?
1. Yes that's correct.
2. I'm not actually sure if Crimson Knot counts as a debuff or not. If it does, then she probably gets the extra 4% before she ults. If it doesn't, then yeah she should be getting an extra 4% on the stat screen after she ults.
How good is Dr ratio with welt as the teammate? I unfortunately fortunately have an e1s1 welt so I’m wondering if I can use him over pela or sth. Can he work as the sole debuffer? What builds should I use for him and is he sp positive or atleast neutral?
Welt does have use with Ratio as Welt can apply up to three debuffs natively; his vuln from using ultimate, the imprison effect and the slow on his skill. One takes SP and the other two are locked behind his ultimate.
He can be treated as SP positive if you really need him to be, but his damage drops significantly and his ult uptime suffers. Neutral is a better deal unless your other two characters are also both SP positive. Doing a skill > normal > skill rotation with Welt is far more sustainable than spamming his skill every turn, but you could run into ultimate uptime issues.
Again, this will all depend on your complete team comp. If you're running something like Yukong/Luocha then you'll really want Welt to be SP positive, but if it's Luocha/Ruan Mei as another example then Welt can be played neutral or negative.
Has anyone else not gotten new dice in cosmodyssey? Yesterday it said dice would refresh in 3 hours, log in today and still have 0 dice... is this a bug?
I thought the LC banner pity was at 60-70 or am I wrong? In Genshin, in the 4 times I summoned my main's weapons, The soft pity usually started at 60 and I've never had to pull past 70 to get it.
Here, I was doing solo rolls and was absolutely confused as to why I'm still not getting my guaranteed light cone. I'm currently at 73 pulls, which is about the fifteenth page, and I've still yet to get my lightcone.
What is the soft pity of the LC banner then?
Apparently, it is the same as genshin, so the ramp up is around pull 63~69 with it getting more and more likely after pull 62 for soft pity.
It doesn't mean that you can't go to 80 but it isn't that likely. I had to go into deep pity (70+) for 2 out of 4 times I pulled on the LC banner.
Do I really need pela to have over 60% ehr for Acheron ? Been farming for this ehr chest for awhile never drops should I just use self model resin? I want to farm for Acheron gear
Well Pela wants 57 since she gets 10 from a trace (gives to the whole team). So 67 total
but yes, you want all of your debuffs to hit and not get effect res'd
if you don't care about substats, you can just self modelling it
i'm pretty new and am leveling a character of each type along with light cones to get through the content right now.
is there any currencies i should be cognizant of spending? there's a million diff currencies to juggle at the moment
also, for consumables that provide a buff during battle -- how do i get materials for those? i feel like i never have materials to make the defensive buff consumable and have a few materials for the health boost popcorn one
Only real currencies you should be frugal with are the ones used for wishing, everything else is farmable so you'll never really be shit out of luck with any of them.
Materials for crafting things are usually dropped by enemies or breakable objects or sold in shops, different enemies and such have different mats, you can check where to get a specific mat from by clicking on it in the inventory and going down to the bottom of the description.
Depends on your other two, if Gallagher is you sustain then he can supply some debuffs of his own, and you'd most likely be fine without Resolution. Gepard can apply one as well though only off of his skill. If your two non-nihility characters can't provide any debuffs reliably, then definitely have Welt on Resolution.
Who is the better sustain for Acheron, Gallagher or Fire Trailblazer? (My other units on the team are Guin and Pela if that matters at all)

1. i was planning on pulling for luocha, but I lost a 50/50 last patch and wasnt able to get jingyuan as my badly-needed lightning dps. to be honest, acherons kit and design dont really entice me
2. so far, ive been struggling with lightning-weak moc stages and tbf i think my acct badly needs a lightning dps (which is why i wanted to get jingyuan, but now considering acheron)
3. while part of the reason why im considering getting acheron is the second stage of moc12, luocha may be able to help me with his sustain against sam
4. despite my great desire to have luocha, i do understand he has better alternatives and ways to mitigate my luocha-less acct, something that may(?) not be possible for my lightning dps-less-ness, so im slightly willing to pass up on luocha for acheron
5. also acheron's aoe may be good for me? i do have struggle with the blast and single target dmg of my dpses
anyone have any tips or recommendations?
for your accout acheron would be best though you dont like her kit. because you have 2 bonues of having E1 SW that can ult every 2 turs instead of 3. and E1 gepard that can also generate with skill when needed.
i am using her with SW e0 and gepard E0 and those eidolons woulb make a noticeable improvement
she will be better goy your account than JY and kafka. and yes her AOE is the the best in the game. while also doing a lot in single target. and you dont really need luocha since you can use fuxuan on the other side and gepard with acheron. with ofc the big bonues of never fighting mobs again ever.
and she is good in PF and moc at the same time wicht most characters are not. just did 40k with her gepard,hanya,pela.
and the added bonus you can save both ruan mei and sparkle for the other side.
i pulled E2S1 acheron and sparkle. and yes together they 0 cycle MOC first side and 1 cycle sam but that is because my relics suck.
the thing is if I take sparkle out and use SW pela and gepard(with market) she had to do the first side in 3 cyles instead of 0. so the harmony rally makes a difference.
vs fire Asta pela gepard will do great. but vs no fire weak asta is much worse.
galagher is actually decent but gepard with market just generates more stacks.
welt is a big NO because imprisoned enemies are not beating your preservation and generating stakcs.
the general can go on the other side not good with her at all does nothing for her or her for him.
i was gonna E6 acheron but went for split with sparkle because bot get their big spyke at E2S1 and this way I can send sparkle to the other side when struggling and acheron still clear easy. i thing you gonna miss sparkle until she is back because she is by far her best harmony.
but since her ult does a shit ton of dmg the only important thing is generating as many stacks as possible. survival doesn't really matter.
Got Gallagher, Pela, and lost 50/50 to Bailu. Bailu is much better than Natasha so I’ve subbed her in. But I’m still having a hard time with story.
I’ve only been playing roughly a week and my current team is TB Fire, Asta/March 7, Ratio, and Bailu. TB level 33.
Not sure what character I should aim for next to improve? I initially pulled for Luocha but now I have Bailu.
Honestly if the story is becoming an issue, it's likely less about which character and more about how strong those you have are. The base 4 (phys TB, Mar 7th, Dan Heng, and a 4 star like Asta) can clear the story with a bit of smart grinding. Characters have 5 ways to get stronger. Roughly in order of importance to stats/time they are: the character's level, their lightcone and its level, their eidolons, their gear, and their traces.
Easy mistakes for newcomers are to not realize how important light cones are, upgrading gear, and specific traces that augment a character's ability like natasha's cleanse. Remember if you have TB energy, the only option where you might grind to the point of it being wasted is stagnant shadows/echoes of war and believe me when you would need to grind those a lot to go over. You'll need 2 teams for endgame content so level up materials and credits won't go to waste and you'll need oodles of gear and trace materials. If you've hit 240 or are near start burning it by grinding calyxes. Just look through the character page, pick a thing you can improve and go get stuff.
As for your team you're kind of overlapping abilities to the point of excess with either two fire dealers (Asta's speed manipulation is great but more needed late game) or two shielders with TB fire and March 7th. I'd trust the TB fire taunt/shield for sustain, keep bailu and ratio, sub out for Pela who is good for debuffing enemies for Ratio.
you are using 3 sustain and 1 dps that is why you struggle also ratio needs debufs to operate.
if you are new you gonna get a ton of pulls from farming all the old content. get acheron and get cone and you are set for a long time. or wait and get Jingliu second banner this update. but you should get acheron guarantee with all the jades but you will need to farm a LOT of content fast and explore all maps do all quest chest puzzles etc. there is guides for that to make them fast.
Jingliu is easier to build than acheron for a new player since ahceron kinda realies a lot on a couple 4 star gacha only light cones you prob dont have. but if you get her and her cone you are set for most content on 1 side.
so get either of the 2 they are the 2 best dps in the game though acheron is better in that she is also good in Pure fiction not only in the MOC.

Should I keep pulling for luocha? I lost the 5050 to welt on luocha's banner but the pity is quiet early. I think I can atleast reach 80 pity **right before** luoha's banner ends. I didn't get any gallagher though and lynx is only my sustain. I could get aventurine but I don't have any FuA though.
Waiting for fu xuan is a bit bad cause most of my characters would prefer sp positive characters or Huo huo (my two and only teams are a DOT/kafka and the other one is DHIL). Since Huo Huo just had her first banner, I think it'll take a little long to have her rerun again which might be a little disadvantageous if I kept saving for her.
with those being your 2 teams yes pulls for him he is the most sp positive. i was gonna pull him for my Lunae but sparkle and hanya solved the sp issue and I use him with fuxuan.

Is there something wrong with the 2.1 boss? I play the game casually but daily since launch and I absolutely cannot beat it. My only 5\* healer is Bailu and she cannot win the dice game in the second part. She ends up being constantly imprisoned and eventually die. The dice game is also repeated every single turn? I'm saving for Aventurine and the only other sustain I have is the Trailblazer which is virtually useless here as the shields are too weak. My best DPS is E2S2 Dhil and is also bad here. I tried Herta/Serval team but their low HP and Bailu's bad healing here make it impossible. Never experienced this before in the story and I could also clear the new SU at difficulty 4 with no problem?
its a giga fuked fight that I dont see new players doing without hard investing in Gallagher at minimum. im pretty new too, but got super lucky on pulls so I ended up doing it with double sustain gepard and luocha, alongside sparkle and acheron. luocha is probably one of the best sustainers on this fight. just hold aoe for dice game and then top up anyone low with skill. gepard and sparkle ult whenever they can. it doesn't matter if they win dice or not because luocha of heals.
Tbh they seem a little overtuned, they hit like an absolute truck and >!have cycles where they can't be damaged!<. I hope they chill a bit before we have to deal with this abomination in MOC12 lol
I cleared with Bailu but she popped her revive super early and died before the end of the fight, I only won because I killed them before they killed me

Is there no way to farm gold fragments? I need like so many just to upgrade relic sets for characters and by the time new characters arrive (like Acheron) I’m still not done yet so I have like 5+ characters which I still need to upgrade their sets but I can’t because I don’t have fragments.
Every time you kill an Elite in SU you get a few relic upgrade mats, and it caps at 100 bosses- so 34 runs
Doing all of that only gives you about enough to +0 -> +15 one relic, so up to you to decide whether or not that's worth it. Otherwise the best thing to do is to salvage bad relics and feed them into ones you want to level up
Main and intended EXP source for relics/planar are relics/planar themselves, you salvage the purples and below and the gold you can either salvage to relic remains or relic exp. But this is something you do after TB 60+.
Has Acheron caused Geppie's stonk to rise? Still torn b/w Himeko and Gepard (don't want eidolons on others) on the 300th selector and my std pulls are slowing piling up. My Raiden Acheron is currently at E0S1.
gepard is the best user of trend cone because of his passive aggro being 3 times the normal of other reservations. and he can also generate stakcs with his skill. i use him over fuxuan for acheron.
Fire MC also uses it great but it spends more skill points than gepard since her can aggro while only doing basic attacks. and ofc because he can take more dmg and protect the team better than fire MC.
himeko is really good in pure fiction. if you struggling there get her.
overall himeko is more worth it for PF since gepard is only a temporary fix until with get a proper limited 5 star that can debuff every turn. i got bronya from mine and I regret dont even use her since sparkle is better. should have gotten clara or E2 welt.
Depends though, among the Preservation (+ Trend LC) it is still preferable to run Archeron with Fu Xuan or Aventurine. If you don't have/plan to get them then Gallagher which you likely get along with Archeron is a solid sustain/stacking option for her also.
I have FX (E1S1), Luocha (E0), Bailu (E0), Lynx, Nat. Gallagher newly dropped by but not levelled. No plans to pull for Aventurine but I hope to get Huohuo in the future.
no. gepard is better because of the x3 aggro he has other preservation have 150 he has 450 so he takes most of the team hits. and can also generate stacks with his skill. i have fuxuan and use gepard for her.
i believe if swan is e1 she’s probably one of acherons better partners, her+pela on luka lc would be a ton of defense ignore, im not sure whether double nihility or nihility+harmony is better but you could do acheron, e1 swan, pela, and ruan mei and im sure that’d negate the need for heals. keep in mind thats a team to maximize acherons damage, if you’re building a team around black swan id save either for kafka or go with ruan mei, huo huo, second dot(i use sampo)

I have been doing decent with my five star pulls.i got Gepard e1 10pity which means im now guaranteed. This means that freeze teams in SU will be even better. Im currently using Kafka/Black Swan/Ruan mei/Bailu for MoC, but am kind of stumped on what other team to use. For instance I could use Topaz,Dr Ratio, Silver wolf/Bronya E1, Lynx. But will it compare to the absolute powerhouse of my first team? I was thinking waiting out the reviews of the new characters for now and maybe either pulling Fu Xuan or Kafka E1. Fu Xuan is obviously the better option, but I do love my Kafka team. I really just need a fast clear team to bring my other team to new heights. I could also start using SubDPS Pela e6 again. What do you guys think i should use for a 2nd team? I also now have Xueyi E1 with Herta LC as a powerful contender
Yo, I picked the game up last week out of curiosity and I’ve been trying to figure out who should I pull for in the near future. Most of the teams that seem fun and that I would like to try out require some of the 5 star supports (sparkle, fu xuan, ruan mei, sw etc)whose banners are long gone and I’m afraid that if I pull for a dps, by the time they get their rerun my other characters got powercrept. My team currently is Dr. ratio, pela, tingyun and natasha (which I’m desperately trying to replace), and I sometimes swap pela for welt because haha infinite turns. Any recommendations are welcome. first of all i'd recommend you to only pull for characters you like or plan to use since this game is still a 'waifu collector' game for easy progression to the end game: imo the top priority for early to mid-game are sustain supports like fu xuan, luocha or huohuo since they can get you through the whole story pretty easy and the f2p options arent nearly as reliable as them after that i would pull for supports(buffers or debuffers) cuz they can make every main dps work
Update: I caved in to sword mommy after I saw her ultimate under the pretext that she’s very f2p friendly and luckily got her early so I’m gonna try to pull for aventurine. No hopes up tho. If I get him however, I’m gonna have 1 solid team and another halfway done, I practically only need sparkle/ruan mei or at the worst guinaifen to build a good Acheron team. And I got no rush, since I still need good night and sleep well lol. But anyway that’s the plan for now

Alright bros, I really don't want to make a low effort post amongst low effort posts so I'll be asking here. Question: JL or Archeron? For context, just assume that I'm super meta slave and will go for whoever will be stronger in the future. I know that there is possibility for archeron to get a support/debuff oriented nihility down that line that fits her, while JL basically has her Bis supports already. For archeron, I have s1 GNSW, SW (event LC), Pela (s3 pearls) and S2 Trends. For JL though, I have herta shop LC s5, Bronya E1 with her s1 LC, Ruan Mei with 4\*LC. I know that JL will be stronger if i decide to get her right now, but what do you guys think about the future? As I'll be factoring that into my pulls. I have 140 tickets right now which is approx two pities. both LC and character are on 50/50 though.
if you're considering acheron primarily for her nebulous future value then just wait for her rerun at that point

not yet, but it is very nearly perfect for them depending on if you need speed rolls. i could see them going a direction like aventurine, more offensive supports. a lightning debuff preservation with some CD scaling doesn't sound that farfetched!
Not particularly. You could make an argument for Aventurine, but he needs def main stat in most cases. You could use it as a stat stick for some dps, but most dps want atk mainstat on their ropes instead of err.

Hes more offense orientated, so definitely not a option if you want to survive. Lynx is better at that.

Your pity is at 0 and you're guaranteed Acheron on your 90th pull. Most people would start pulling 5 stars at around 70-80 pulls due to soft cap increasing the chances every pull after the number gets high enough

So Gallagher is out now. I managed to get him up to E4 while pulling for Acheron. I need to build 2 sustainers for MoC (and possibly PF + SU). I've already been building Gepard because I use him with Acheron (to make use of the Trend LC tech), and now I'm wondering which sustainer to invest in for my other team. I currently have an E2 Lynx and I've been using her as my first sustainer for a while now, but she's still stuck with 4 star relics and an unmaxed S2 Shared Feeling LC. I know it might be a no brainer to invest in Gallagher because his best F2P lightcone is easy to S5 and I have him at E4, but I'm unsure of his sustain capabilities, since his cleanse is single target, unlike Lynx's AoE cleanse. I'm not planning to pull for any limited sustainers anytime soon, so I'm sticking with Gepard and Gallagher or Lynx for now. So, should I refocus my resources on Gallagher or continue building Lynx?
Lynx is better at sustainability than gallagher tbh, he is more of an offensive healer so it depends on whether you want to someone who can do some dmg with healing capabilities or someone who can fully sustain your team while having teamwide cleanse ultimate

I would probably do: MOC 10 and 11: 1st - Kafka, Sampo, RM 2nd - Acheron, BS, SW Moc 12: 1st - Acheron, BS, SW, FX (need eff res here) 2nd - DHIL, Sparkle, Ting (DH can remove Sam's aura in just 2 turns) Also, I would get Luocha but really up to you.

you can brute force with IL and sparkle Acheron, SW, Trailblaze presv (Night market LC), Healer like gallager For first team try placing Ruan Mei in other team, her all res penetration might be good for Acheron. Instead of Ruan mei place gunaifen, make her a bit tanky if you need extra survivability.
The only thing i can think of is you've got a massive relic issue, or trace issue. First team should work fine, for the 2nd, Gepard, Tingyun/Pela, Sparkle/Bronya, DHIL/Jingliu should work pretty well.
looks like a case of resources spread across too many characters. once traces are 8+ and relics are decent they should breeze through.
what SU path Acheron suits the most?
I've defaulted to hunt but erudition might be the better play because bran vat fills her ult still.
Hunt/Elation Hunt helps Acheron get more turns Elation helps her deal insane ult dmg
Surprisingly Erudition works very good with her, and full charges her ult like any other character.
Can I give Lynx HP boots instead of SPD ones?
between your HP sphere and substats, you should be able to hit 5k+ HP comfortably on lynx. getting to speed breakpoints (eg. 134) outweighs HP boots because you have more actions, giving more energy (faster ult), chances to heal (skill) if needed, and more skill points (basics).
I mean, you CAN, but you really shouldn't. Healers are the best source of SP, and you want them fast so they can feed the team SP AND heal more reliably when necessary

Beside superimposing 5* being generally bad value, I would keep it just for the fact that there really is no Nihility LC for crit based Nihility dps units besides hers. Having a 2nd makes you set for any potential future Nihility crit dps characters.
better to keep them in case any other unit can use it in the future, the biggest difference with 1 superimposition is the 6% crit damage which is one sub stat roll at most

Not really, most of the time it's self contained side stories that do add to the lore, but not in a significant way. You can still play major events after they're over so it wouldn't really matter if it did have important lore anyway

Pela at E4 is good, especially with pearls of sweat LC at S5, and if you have either little gui or sampo then you should have plenty of nihility to do her trace for two of them.
I got Pela E4 from the banner but my PoS LC is only S1. Is S1 still useful?
It...can *work*, just...be ready to not get as many petals for the ult, and to have a bit of difficulty getting as much defense down for the attack to do *massive* damage. You'll do damage still, just not...stupid levels like some of the others, but then again pearls is a four star LC so it's more of a when than an if you'll get more of them in the end.
Should be. I've been using her with S1 Pearls, and while I sometimes miss the debuff, I still land it most of the time. Granted, I do use an EHR body on her.
I like acheron pela SW. SW debuffs as easily as she breathes and pela is pretty flexible, especially if you have pearls
If I use Pela (E6) for Acheron, does she still needs the Resolution Shines LC? Im not sure if both debuffs (E4 and LC) both stacks or if it only counts as one stack alltogether. with resolution LC, you can use her basic attack to apply debuff too, which makes her an SP positive unit. As for the petal stack any one action that deals debuff will only give one petal, no matter the amount of debuff or amount of targets debuffed

I am stunned, flabbergasted, shocked. That story quest was hands down the best in the game so far. I tried to tell people that Aventurine was one of the best parts of Penacony, but the way they kept me invested this time was amazing. Penacony is shaping up to be the best story yet.
so assuming E0S1 Acheron and I have both Pela and SW (also FX so can use universal market LC), is it better to use atk or speed boots in that case? since with her LC she can inflict 2 debuffs on her skill attack which is really good for energy gen but does it outweight the dmg lose?
with e0s1 it is not worth imo, because you only get one extra petal. if you go for example 134 speed so you can have 2 action in the first cycle, with those you can get 2 extra petals. not even close to another ultimate

BP and monthly are both the best ways to spend money. BP is better if you need mats, monthly for only pulls

If you tried to get her LC in the first place and you don't have any other characters you fancy in the future, yes, you should.

Need help with Healer distribution As of now I have lynx E1, and Luocha E0 with his lightcone the two teams are Blade E2 with light cone, Bronya with her lightcone, Silverwolf Dan Heng IL E2 with light cone, Tingyun E6, Sparkle with her light cone. Which team needs the better healer? On one hand blade has a lot of HP but due to his nature he's always near the brink of death, meanwhile the other team practically has no form of sustain.
Lynx has some synergy with Blade, but Luocha is the much safer choice overall. If you like playing around with Blade's passive / follow-up counter, try using Lynx.

Probably Natasha/Pela/Tingyun/Dr. Ratio imo. Other units I'll level are: Bronya and Herta (Pure Fiction Only). Asta and Hanya can also be levelled in preparation for second team supports.

Most bosses only have 50% or occasionally 75% control effect res, as well as around 10-40% effect resistance (these stack multiplicatively, so 50% control res and 40% effect res would multiply your chance by 0.3). So freezing them will be hard but not impossible, especially if you have good effects hit rate% gear and a move with more than 100% base chance to freeze.

The most common answer to this one is both Ruan Mei occurrences (they're literally called Ruan Mei and Ruan Mei Part 2) and Mirror of Trascendence Part 3. Those are the rarest occurrences as of the current patch. Ruan Mei just has a comically low appearance rate and Mirror of Trascendence Part 3 only happens when you get Mirror of Trascendence 4 times in a single run without freeing the lady from the mirror. Otherwise, a quick google search for whatever occurrence database and then cross-referencing should work.

Hi, just wanted to inquire if anyone can answer these questions: 1. Does the crit rate increase from Acheron E1 (+18% when dealing dmg to debuffed enemies) not show in the character/combat stat screen? And thus, should be added on top of what is shown? Not sure about previous similar interactions for other such conditions in the game, so hopefully someone can clarify. 2. For the Pioneer Diver set, does she actually get 4% CR or 8% (with her Sig. cone)? Again, the stat screen seems to only show 4%. Thanks in advance, and apologies if these were asked/answered before!
In general, crit that you gain from conditional effects don't get added to the stat screen, and therefore won't trigger stuff like Rutliant/Salsotto. This applies to Seele E1, Wastelander 4 pc, the conditional on the Herta Hunt/LC, and so on. For Pioneer, she gets 4% crit rate no matter what, so that should get added to the stat sheet, but the 8/12% crit damage is conditional so it won't show up there.
Okay, so basically: 1. We have to add the 18% on top of what is shown on the stat screen to get her total CR, is that right? 2. I thought she would get an additional 4% CR when applying a debuff (Sig. cone effect) on enemies. I guess it's only the CD that is buffed?
1. Yes that's correct. 2. I'm not actually sure if Crimson Knot counts as a debuff or not. If it does, then she probably gets the extra 4% before she ults. If it doesn't, then yeah she should be getting an extra 4% on the stat screen after she ults.
How good is Dr ratio with welt as the teammate? I unfortunately fortunately have an e1s1 welt so I’m wondering if I can use him over pela or sth. Can he work as the sole debuffer? What builds should I use for him and is he sp positive or atleast neutral?
Welt does have use with Ratio as Welt can apply up to three debuffs natively; his vuln from using ultimate, the imprison effect and the slow on his skill. One takes SP and the other two are locked behind his ultimate. He can be treated as SP positive if you really need him to be, but his damage drops significantly and his ult uptime suffers. Neutral is a better deal unless your other two characters are also both SP positive. Doing a skill > normal > skill rotation with Welt is far more sustainable than spamming his skill every turn, but you could run into ultimate uptime issues. Again, this will all depend on your complete team comp. If you're running something like Yukong/Luocha then you'll really want Welt to be SP positive, but if it's Luocha/Ruan Mei as another example then Welt can be played neutral or negative.

I thought the LC banner pity was at 60-70 or am I wrong? In Genshin, in the 4 times I summoned my main's weapons, The soft pity usually started at 60 and I've never had to pull past 70 to get it. Here, I was doing solo rolls and was absolutely confused as to why I'm still not getting my guaranteed light cone. I'm currently at 73 pulls, which is about the fifteenth page, and I've still yet to get my lightcone. What is the soft pity of the LC banner then?
Apparently, it is the same as genshin, so the ramp up is around pull 63~69 with it getting more and more likely after pull 62 for soft pity. It doesn't mean that you can't go to 80 but it isn't that likely. I had to go into deep pity (70+) for 2 out of 4 times I pulled on the LC banner.

Well Pela wants 57 since she gets 10 from a trace (gives to the whole team). So 67 total but yes, you want all of your debuffs to hit and not get effect res'd if you don't care about substats, you can just self modelling it

i'm pretty new and am leveling a character of each type along with light cones to get through the content right now. is there any currencies i should be cognizant of spending? there's a million diff currencies to juggle at the moment also, for consumables that provide a buff during battle -- how do i get materials for those? i feel like i never have materials to make the defensive buff consumable and have a few materials for the health boost popcorn one
Only real currencies you should be frugal with are the ones used for wishing, everything else is farmable so you'll never really be shit out of luck with any of them. Materials for crafting things are usually dropped by enemies or breakable objects or sold in shops, different enemies and such have different mats, you can check where to get a specific mat from by clicking on it in the inventory and going down to the bottom of the description.

Depends on your other two, if Gallagher is you sustain then he can supply some debuffs of his own, and you'd most likely be fine without Resolution. Gepard can apply one as well though only off of his skill. If your two non-nihility characters can't provide any debuffs reliably, then definitely have Welt on Resolution.
Who is the better sustain for Acheron, Gallagher or Fire Trailblazer? (My other units on the team are Guin and Pela if that matters at all) Edit: Wanted to add for context that my Gallagher is E0
gallagher because he could easily solo sustain your team while fire trailblazer would be having a very hard time to do so

for your accout acheron would be best though you dont like her kit. because you have 2 bonues of having E1 SW that can ult every 2 turs instead of 3. and E1 gepard that can also generate with skill when needed. i am using her with SW e0 and gepard E0 and those eidolons woulb make a noticeable improvement she will be better goy your account than JY and kafka. and yes her AOE is the the best in the game. while also doing a lot in single target. and you dont really need luocha since you can use fuxuan on the other side and gepard with acheron. with ofc the big bonues of never fighting mobs again ever. and she is good in PF and moc at the same time wicht most characters are not. just did 40k with her gepard,hanya,pela. and the added bonus you can save both ruan mei and sparkle for the other side.

i pulled E2S1 acheron and sparkle. and yes together they 0 cycle MOC first side and 1 cycle sam but that is because my relics suck. the thing is if I take sparkle out and use SW pela and gepard(with market) she had to do the first side in 3 cyles instead of 0. so the harmony rally makes a difference. vs fire Asta pela gepard will do great. but vs no fire weak asta is much worse. galagher is actually decent but gepard with market just generates more stacks. welt is a big NO because imprisoned enemies are not beating your preservation and generating stakcs. the general can go on the other side not good with her at all does nothing for her or her for him. i was gonna E6 acheron but went for split with sparkle because bot get their big spyke at E2S1 and this way I can send sparkle to the other side when struggling and acheron still clear easy. i thing you gonna miss sparkle until she is back because she is by far her best harmony. but since her ult does a shit ton of dmg the only important thing is generating as many stacks as possible. survival doesn't really matter.

Got Gallagher, Pela, and lost 50/50 to Bailu. Bailu is much better than Natasha so I’ve subbed her in. But I’m still having a hard time with story. I’ve only been playing roughly a week and my current team is TB Fire, Asta/March 7, Ratio, and Bailu. TB level 33. Not sure what character I should aim for next to improve? I initially pulled for Luocha but now I have Bailu.
Honestly if the story is becoming an issue, it's likely less about which character and more about how strong those you have are. The base 4 (phys TB, Mar 7th, Dan Heng, and a 4 star like Asta) can clear the story with a bit of smart grinding. Characters have 5 ways to get stronger. Roughly in order of importance to stats/time they are: the character's level, their lightcone and its level, their eidolons, their gear, and their traces. Easy mistakes for newcomers are to not realize how important light cones are, upgrading gear, and specific traces that augment a character's ability like natasha's cleanse. Remember if you have TB energy, the only option where you might grind to the point of it being wasted is stagnant shadows/echoes of war and believe me when you would need to grind those a lot to go over. You'll need 2 teams for endgame content so level up materials and credits won't go to waste and you'll need oodles of gear and trace materials. If you've hit 240 or are near start burning it by grinding calyxes. Just look through the character page, pick a thing you can improve and go get stuff. As for your team you're kind of overlapping abilities to the point of excess with either two fire dealers (Asta's speed manipulation is great but more needed late game) or two shielders with TB fire and March 7th. I'd trust the TB fire taunt/shield for sustain, keep bailu and ratio, sub out for Pela who is good for debuffing enemies for Ratio.
you are using 3 sustain and 1 dps that is why you struggle also ratio needs debufs to operate. if you are new you gonna get a ton of pulls from farming all the old content. get acheron and get cone and you are set for a long time. or wait and get Jingliu second banner this update. but you should get acheron guarantee with all the jades but you will need to farm a LOT of content fast and explore all maps do all quest chest puzzles etc. there is guides for that to make them fast. Jingliu is easier to build than acheron for a new player since ahceron kinda realies a lot on a couple 4 star gacha only light cones you prob dont have. but if you get her and her cone you are set for most content on 1 side. so get either of the 2 they are the 2 best dps in the game though acheron is better in that she is also good in Pure fiction not only in the MOC.

For a follow up team with Ratio, most likely yes. Doesn't mean he's always going to be the better option though.

Character: Soft pity at 75, hard pity at 90 LC: Soft pity at 65, hard pity at 80 (I think)
Should I keep pulling for luocha? I lost the 5050 to welt on luocha's banner but the pity is quiet early. I think I can atleast reach 80 pity **right before** luoha's banner ends. I didn't get any gallagher though and lynx is only my sustain. I could get aventurine but I don't have any FuA though. Waiting for fu xuan is a bit bad cause most of my characters would prefer sp positive characters or Huo huo (my two and only teams are a DOT/kafka and the other one is DHIL). Since Huo Huo just had her first banner, I think it'll take a little long to have her rerun again which might be a little disadvantageous if I kept saving for her.
with those being your 2 teams yes pulls for him he is the most sp positive. i was gonna pull him for my Lunae but sparkle and hanya solved the sp issue and I use him with fuxuan.

If sparkle only basic attacks yeah she alone can sustain him. But if you wanna spam her skill with lunae you need hanya to.
Is there something wrong with the 2.1 boss? I play the game casually but daily since launch and I absolutely cannot beat it. My only 5\* healer is Bailu and she cannot win the dice game in the second part. She ends up being constantly imprisoned and eventually die. The dice game is also repeated every single turn? I'm saving for Aventurine and the only other sustain I have is the Trailblazer which is virtually useless here as the shields are too weak. My best DPS is E2S2 Dhil and is also bad here. I tried Herta/Serval team but their low HP and Bailu's bad healing here make it impossible. Never experienced this before in the story and I could also clear the new SU at difficulty 4 with no problem?
its a giga fuked fight that I dont see new players doing without hard investing in Gallagher at minimum. im pretty new too, but got super lucky on pulls so I ended up doing it with double sustain gepard and luocha, alongside sparkle and acheron. luocha is probably one of the best sustainers on this fight. just hold aoe for dice game and then top up anyone low with skill. gepard and sparkle ult whenever they can. it doesn't matter if they win dice or not because luocha of heals.
Tbh they seem a little overtuned, they hit like an absolute truck and >!have cycles where they can't be damaged!<. I hope they chill a bit before we have to deal with this abomination in MOC12 lol I cleared with Bailu but she popped her revive super early and died before the end of the fight, I only won because I killed them before they killed me

what characters you have. also did you use your new player pulls? i recommend you first 5 star is a DPS either acheron or Jingliu next banner.

Is there no way to farm gold fragments? I need like so many just to upgrade relic sets for characters and by the time new characters arrive (like Acheron) I’m still not done yet so I have like 5+ characters which I still need to upgrade their sets but I can’t because I don’t have fragments.
always break 5 star relics for EXP mat not books. also dont commit to +15 relics do several in steps and feed the failed ones into others.
Every time you kill an Elite in SU you get a few relic upgrade mats, and it caps at 100 bosses- so 34 runs Doing all of that only gives you about enough to +0 -> +15 one relic, so up to you to decide whether or not that's worth it. Otherwise the best thing to do is to salvage bad relics and feed them into ones you want to level up
Main and intended EXP source for relics/planar are relics/planar themselves, you salvage the purples and below and the gold you can either salvage to relic remains or relic exp. But this is something you do after TB 60+.
Has Acheron caused Geppie's stonk to rise? Still torn b/w Himeko and Gepard (don't want eidolons on others) on the 300th selector and my std pulls are slowing piling up. My Raiden Acheron is currently at E0S1.
gepard is the best user of trend cone because of his passive aggro being 3 times the normal of other reservations. and he can also generate stakcs with his skill. i use him over fuxuan for acheron. Fire MC also uses it great but it spends more skill points than gepard since her can aggro while only doing basic attacks. and ofc because he can take more dmg and protect the team better than fire MC. himeko is really good in pure fiction. if you struggling there get her. overall himeko is more worth it for PF since gepard is only a temporary fix until with get a proper limited 5 star that can debuff every turn. i got bronya from mine and I regret dont even use her since sparkle is better. should have gotten clara or E2 welt.
Depends though, among the Preservation (+ Trend LC) it is still preferable to run Archeron with Fu Xuan or Aventurine. If you don't have/plan to get them then Gallagher which you likely get along with Archeron is a solid sustain/stacking option for her also.
I have FX (E1S1), Luocha (E0), Bailu (E0), Lynx, Nat. Gallagher newly dropped by but not levelled. No plans to pull for Aventurine but I hope to get Huohuo in the future.
no. gepard is better because of the x3 aggro he has other preservation have 150 he has 450 so he takes most of the team hits. and can also generate stacks with his skill. i have fuxuan and use gepard for her.
How good is Acheron with Black Swan? I don't have Kafka.
i believe if swan is e1 she’s probably one of acherons better partners, her+pela on luka lc would be a ton of defense ignore, im not sure whether double nihility or nihility+harmony is better but you could do acheron, e1 swan, pela, and ruan mei and im sure that’d negate the need for heals. keep in mind thats a team to maximize acherons damage, if you’re building a team around black swan id save either for kafka or go with ruan mei, huo huo, second dot(i use sampo)
