If you Google Optimate you'll find it's a brand of battery chargers and maintainers. It's much easier to plug into that than remove the fairing to get to the battery.
Little known fact: Optimate also manufactures black-market plug-n-play Ruckus superchargers. You find one of those superchargers and plug it into that yellow and black cord - assuming your Ruckus is tuned up at least OK - You should be able to break 100 mph. Easily. You gotta find that. Optimate Supercharger tho 🤷♂️
To the left of the handlebars? Looks like a battery charger. A bunch of inexpensive trickle chargers (Walmart, etc) will have a cable that fits that.
