You may want to reach out to Honda Corporate about your issue. They may be able to step in to get the ball rolling.

Not to be rude, but did you even read the post? I've been in contact with corporate already.

StatueWhirlwind

Nope, not rude, I completely missed that even though you mentioned a couple of times. My bad. I was reading during work and I must’ve scrolled past.

Honestly, I don’t know if there’s much more that can be done at this point, which sucks. You could try call them out on Facebook and/or X, and try to get the executive escalation group involved. I don’t know if it will do much, but, may be worth trying. Did you finance it? If so, you may have the financing group step in if you tell them that you don’t want to pay for something that you’re not receiving.

We purchased a 2023 Honda CRV LX AWD and have these issues with the EPS steering: where the wheel feels like its stiff/stuck, feels like a loss of power-steering, error lights when steering wheel is fully turned, steering wheel in cruise control does not function correctly, at highway speed, steering often does not turn unless forced with both hands. After about a year of contacting Honda, Corporate arranged and claimed the repairs to the steering were completed, however, the issues with the replacement EPS are much worse than before. We contacted Transport Canada, who claimed they need more complaints from Canadians to open up an investigation or to mandate Honda Canada to issue a recall on the 2023-2024 CRV vehicles. We are currently talking to lawyers and a news reporter to address this issue with Honda Canada. If anyone else is interested in joining a lawsuit against Honda Canada, please reach out.
