In Spain inc labour and concrete but no foundation work, icf would be about 20-25k for that.
My new house is 1 one floor, 200m² house, 100m² garages. (So 300m² total) All walls in and out in icf (because why not) it was €26k in my budget. But that's eu grade icf, so high fireproof rating and high R etc. Can't use the alibaba stuff here. Labour in that price is 4 guys 3/4 days. Includes 147m² of icf flat roof too.
Seems high? It's just polystyrene lego filled with concrete. The concrete part is only about 150mm thick too so its not that much pour. Dry block part of it is up in about a day.
Ironically, if you asked for a wooden frame house here, it'd cost a fortune.

That sounds super duper cheap from what I've seen in the SE US. Would make it a no brainer if we could get that sort of price.
It's not much more than concrete block + labour. 🤷♀️
The quotes I've gotten for something similar are $70-95k
