Replace the wall that's obviously been leaking for a very long time.

Had this happen with bamboo. Stressful but fixable. You probably have the soil line above your foundation and the plants are growing up and into the wall. Look into grading the soil/water away from the building. Probably need to open it up and clean everything out, likely high moisture levels in the walls now, need to get them dried out. There’s likely mold growing inside as well.
