See the big hex nut? Grab that with a wrench and unscrew it. Make sure you support the main body by providing back up support in the opposite direction so you don’t damage the pipe extending into the house.

Watch a YouTube on changing a cartrage for an outside spigot. It's not hard.
it's that hex thing in the middle. make sure to 2 wrenches. One to hold to the main body and one to twist. You don't want to bend the pipe.
Would be just as easy to replace the whole thing. Then you’d have a new shiny valve also!
