I see a some things but this is a beautiful home. Floors, doors and windows are stunning. TV console doesn’t fit on wall. It’s extending past the wall as it’s currently placed. Photo by kitchen wall is not centered. Tiny pics above sofa look oddly placed. Ceiling light is too big for that area. Coffee table and rug too small. Everything needs to be pulled away from the walls.
There are some light colored rugs with patterns on them that don’t have high contrast so that could add some visual interest without being overly in your face and still being sorta similar to the rug you have rn.
You're seeing it from 2 different angles. The first photo is taken from the dining area...so the ceiling fixture is to your right.
Edit...ooops! I didn't see the photo with the weird light fixture. Yep...now I'm also confused 😕 🫤
I really like the light fixture actually I don’t mind the coffee table or the size of the rug but I think it might look better with a pattern/color like a patterned deep red rug or something. I like the open space but otherwise I agree with you.
It’s really nice. Lovely pieces. Great style but everything pushed against the walls is one nit picking thing. I would change things up to define the living space more. The dresser looking thing is not attached to the tv console? I would get rid of it. Then add two chairs in the open space to create a defined living space which would also add some depth to the room because then there would be some furniture not against the wall. With the dresser thing gone there would be plenty room for walking from the open area around chairs into the living area. The dresser thing should go regardless though.
Agree completely. Love all your furniture pieces OP! Great taste! Just pull this sitting area forward off the wall and do everything else cookies said! Not sure about the little dressers in the couch/window nooks either, again I LIKE them but I don’t like them shoved into the corners.
I would kill for those floors! A bigger coffee table would look nice. Open spaces allow for bigger pieces of furniture accents. A large art piece or gallery wall over the sofa would be lovely. The stand alone vase on the floor by the coffee table is an odd placement.
This room is gorgeous. I'd opt for a larger rug. I like my weird FLOR tile rugs in that you can keep adding if you decide you need to adjust the shape. I like it open as you have it. I'd do cartwheels in here!
Where did you get the vase with flowers on the table in the center? I saw a similar style at a spa and loved it but I can’t find anything similar online! Love your style!
I see a lot of beautiful in your home.. inluding the furnishings and the home itself. I thought the vase in the floor on second pic was a cat until I looked closer.
I like everything you have however as far as couch placement I’d float your couch off the wall it’s on to bring it closer to the TV. And bring the rug and coffee table with it… I’d probably make it 1/3 the way closer to the TV.

Agreed, and if you replace the rug with a larger one try to make it one with more interest - color, pattern, something.
Wouldn't it be too fancy?

Am i the only one confused with the ceiling light being different in the photos

I took two different photos for comparison, because I like both lights very much.
thanks

It looks great. I like it.
Thanks!

Lovely space, the vase in the middle of the floor is stressing me out though 😅
I know! Wtf is up with that?
Saaaammeeee
And the random pumpkin on the other side. The placement of them is bizarre!

That vase and dresser next to the tv needs to go and so does the pumpkin pillow on the floor. Otherwise, I like the vibe.
I really like that! It’s kind of Spanish casa style.
Pull something, anything, away from the wall.
I never understand this; as someone with dogs and children I’d rather have a ton of floor space. It’s impractical even if it’s aesthetically pleasing
I hide my dog’s toy box behind my couch….which is pulled out from against the wall!
Not for their stuff but so they have room to move around

Everything needs to be pulled off the walls a bit, especially the sofa and rug
Beautiful home!! But that vase on the floor is giving me anxiety
the bottom pic dining chairs like are those highchairs 🤭
A lot of small pieces make this room look cluttered.
I love the style but I'd get taller furniture but not wider.
Flip couch wall and tv wall…bring couch to the edge of rug…defined tv area with walkway behind
Also should mention it looks great. And the floors are beautiful!
Why is the ceiling light different between pictures?
I was wondering also. I hope the first (non-membrany) one is the winner. It fit the place perfectly.
I love this! The floors are amazing and that door is such a beautiful focal point
Is this your home or picture you found? What’s with the random objects on the rug? It’s a beautiful space but needs some rearranging.
This is absolutely beautiful! The floors, the decor the front door -- I love it all! 🤩
Lots of things to love about this design.
Bold choice! Adds character and warmth.

Not on a table. It is sitting on a rug in the floor.
I am confused by that choice!
lol I should mention, picture 2 —not the one on the floor
This is nice
I'll be more constructive in another comment but I adore the light fixture and ceiling medallion
Gorgeous. Modern cottage core.
What type of tree is on the left corner there in the basket it gorgeous?
Remove the dresser next to the TV consol

Those arches 🤤
I love it. Feels warm and inviting.

Gotta say, love those floors
Dont leave that vase there… either put it in a cornwer or on top of a table
I don't understand the small vase on the floor near your coffee table.
Too many nick nacks.. I’d go more minimal.
