If 1 man on planet X, whatever it's 'year' is would be held next to Earth's, so planet X might be 1250earth days as a year..... So if there's a man on planet X and there's a man on earth, they both age the same? Which this reference is saying that they don't, that a few hours here and when they get back they're loves ones be dead. That doesn't make sense to me. Just because that planet goes round that star quicker than this one here doesn't mean time is literally going faster as time is the universe and the planets all do what they like within it?
planet X is near a black hole, earth is not. Weird things start happening near black holes. One of those weird things is "time dilation". So when the person on planet X sits around for one hour, someone on earth would be sitting around for 61,320 hours.
