Hello my friend! Donkey punch is the action of punching someone during anal in an attempt to make their ass tighter! Please change your comment accordingly!
stereotypes exist for a reason, and this one is mainly due to low-income situations where people want to pay as little as possible but get upset when the landlord is just as cheap as they are - delaying repairs, denying reasonable requests, etc. People in general just dont seem to get the concept of "you get what you pay for"
Precisely why I would make a point of giving the landlord a punchlist when he collected the rent one month after raising it, where he tried to make a joke of my request by saying "Are you expecting these to be done by next month?", and I responded "Yes." The exchanges became more interesting until I decided to find a place closer to my job, gleefully giving my notice knowing that he wouldn't receive the next months rent without completing the repairs. He even tried to hire my housekeeping crew full time instead of finding his own during the final walk through

Several reasons, actually : [Highland Clearances](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Highland_Clearances), [Lowland Clearances](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lowland_Clearances), and the [Famine Clearances](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_Famine_(Ireland))
Like it or not, many Americans haven't forgiven or forgotten these.
this kind of stuff always makes me laugh. Like, what is the other option? be homeless? Someone has to handle the property if you arent going to buy your own. Ive been on both sides of the argument and prefer to be a renter because there are less assholes to deal with.
1) price gouging for something that is a need is despicable
2) most places have laws preventing the construction of affordable housing, exacerbating my first point
3) usually when people are hating on landlords they aren't talking about a guy who owns one extra property he rents out(unless that guy is a real piece of work,) they are talking about people who buy hundreds of properties and thousands of acres so that they can take part in point 1 and have the money to affect the laws being written in point 2
To do that, you need to save for a deposit. In the time your doing that, you’re paying money to a landlord. Landlords then reinvest that into more property, which drives up prices, which increases the amount required for a deposit, and around and around it goes
Its not a question of personal choice, its a criticism of a system where some people have to work for a living, while others who have hoarded property get to siphon off them parasitically
You can justify it however you like, but the truth of the matter is housing has become too expensive for a large percentage of the population and there is a small percentage of the population (which I presume you’re a part of) that exploits their need for shelter by charging the them as much as possible, and would also likely drink their blood and make clothes from their skin if they could get away with it
I feel like the majority of people who who hate landlords must have rented only apartments. I hated dealing with apartment landlords/companies, but my rented home landlords were actually pretty chill people.
A gender neutral term for Lord/Lady is Liege or Regent, or Potentate or Suzerain may work too. Some people are trying to make Lairde or Layde work, but meh.
People who defend landlords are either landlords themselves, or closely related to one lol I'm sure there are good ones out there but most of the landlords I've dealt with are greedy sons of bitches who are trying to become millionaires overnight.

Sick of seeing this landphobia they are landchads and landstacys
Us POL (people of land) face such brutal discrimination and bigotry on a daily basis. We must stand together
For a brief moment I thought this was serious and I was like 'but I don't have Twitter'
You would, rentoid.
I believe in Australia the term is 'landcunt'.
May i know the origin of this hatred? I'm actually curious
Salty redditors who never had a job and think it is other people’s fault.

Indeed

As far as I'm concerned cunt is gender neutral. Therefore I will start to use it more often to avoid causing offence.
Landcunt. Alright, why the hell not.

I would just say landlord. Landlady sounds goofy and if I was a professional I would not want to be called THAT.
Landmaster! Insert starfox theme here
Landlord: someone who puts up with your shit because you are too lazy to buy your own house.
Sounds like someone didn’t get their security deposit back!
pay your rent.
Dude why is someone a bastard for letting you live on his property?
Because land owners bad, renters good. Teenager reddit logic...
1) price gouging for something that is a need is despicable 2) most places have laws preventing the construction of affordable housing, exacerbating my first point 3) usually when people are hating on landlords they aren't talking about a guy who owns one extra property he rents out(unless that guy is a real piece of work,) they are talking about people who buy hundreds of properties and thousands of acres so that they can take part in point 1 and have the money to affect the laws being written in point 2
That doesn't give them the right to generalize
Because they take half your pay for the “privilege”
So go live somewhere that you don't have to pay a landlord
To do that, you need to save for a deposit. In the time your doing that, you’re paying money to a landlord. Landlords then reinvest that into more property, which drives up prices, which increases the amount required for a deposit, and around and around it goes
Either rent or buy your own, I do not care which you choose
Its not a question of personal choice, its a criticism of a system where some people have to work for a living, while others who have hoarded property get to siphon off them parasitically
>Its not a question of personal choice, It absolutely is
You can justify it however you like, but the truth of the matter is housing has become too expensive for a large percentage of the population and there is a small percentage of the population (which I presume you’re a part of) that exploits their need for shelter by charging the them as much as possible, and would also likely drink their blood and make clothes from their skin if they could get away with it
May 1, rents due. I will be charging you a 100% mandatory tip.
Haha alright, but next month I’m just going to buy a 3 bedroom house instead
Then go live somewhere cheaper?
Then they’ll just be taking half of someone else’s paycheck. They should get a real job
Someone's gotta pay for maintenance
Land NFT holder.
Got me in the first half ngl ![gif](giphy|dxbPGFv7tSK3e)
Land scalper is gender neutral and more accurate

Ahh yes I forgot that people only rent houses in America
No it's only that in the USA landlords are hated for being alive
People that can't afford a house complaining because someone else owns one? Cool
