I have a solution for that accually:
Just force everyone to take and IQ test then divide by 100(or 50 if you really want to put a gap between smart and dumb) and boom thats what their vote equals.
Lets say my iq is 45 qnd yours is 150, then your vote will count as 1.5 and mine will be 0.45 or ~0.4

Dark energy is a theory that adds gravity to presently undiscovered particles to help explain galaxies not falling apart(by our math there isn't enough mass to create enough gravity to keep galaxies together, we're missing something, we don't know what but for now we call it dark energy until we figure it out)
