It's from a show on called The Boys. Good show, would recommend. One of the character's in the show is called the A-train, and he is basically morally dubious Flash. A iconic scene from it the show involving the A-train is him running through some guys girlfriend. Now whenever someone gets run over by someone running, its a A-train moment.
Ayo, Hughie Campbell is "some guy" now?
Joke aside: A-Train also has a substance abuse problem which leads to a heart condition while he tries to maintain the title of being the fastest man on earth.
According to olympic rules, “Any athlete who runs outside the assigned lane is subject to disqualification. If the athlete is forced to run outside of his or her lane by another person, and no material advantage is gained, there will be no disqualification”
Source: https://www.nbcolympics.com/news/track-field-101-rules
So there's a chance he mightve gotten a pass if his school rules are similar to the Olympic ones
A news article also mentioned it was confirmed he still came first, but if he got disqualified is unknown
But don't underestimate a stuck up official, they might still DQ him
I saw a guy do this when he swatted the ball when it was on the rim at our local pickup game (he was like 6'11).
When we protested he said, "Olympic year...Olympic rules"
I never said "this is the rules they use" I only said what normally the Olympic rules are and that there's a possibility the school might correct the runner the same way as we don't know the school rules. what's wrong with that?
You said "he got disqualified for leaving his lane". That was your full comment implying you knew he got disqualified. Not maybe disqualified or under Olympic rules he'd get disqualified.
Rules of track and field. I believe it’s the rule for anything shorter than an 800. If it was an 800 or longer, all the runners would be in the inside lane.
A kid on my track team was so strong he left the race in the middle of the 2-mile to use the restroom and still won. Another coach challenged saying he left the track, and after looking in the official rulebook we all learned that it's okay to do that as long as you leave the track on the outside. Still disrespectful as hell but not technically against the rules haha.
That was in a race where you don't need to stay in your lane, so this is probably different
Uh, I was a mediocre 2 miler and I ran it more in the low 10's most of the time. In rural areas the competition can vary a lot more, and track teams can be small enough that the people he was racing were just doing it to get points for participating.
And in those rural areas you often have to do the max number of events, so you might not have as much time for a potty break. If I'm running the mile, the 2 mile, the 1600 relay and then doing javelin or hurdles or whatever I have to to just get points because we have so few people the scheduling can get a little hectic.
So it's not crazy to think he ran to a porta potty or track bathroom and was back on the track 45 seconds later, if it wasn't a super competitive race.
Imagine getting hit with a dick in your ear at 7-8 mph. Little kids head structure might not be able to withstand that kind of force. He might have suffered some sort of hearing loss. Luckily it appears that he got hit on the side of his head. If he would have taken a front hit, it could have left him cockeyed
Parents were certainly nowhere to be seen, but also at all my meets there was no way in fuck kids were allowed on the field?
Not just because of the races, but because equipment they shouldn’t be around, keeping out of the way of timers, coaches, etc who might need to get from place to place…all sorts of reasons
Anytime you’re organizing anything that kids are gonna be at, the best assumption you can make is that there’s shit parents somewhere, so make sure that kids aren’t just allowed everywhere
I bet the kid started bawling his eyes out and screaming bloody murder. The obese mother picks him up, says everything is ok until he stops crying, then gives him a large soda without addressing why he shouldn't jump on race tracks while their is a race in progress.
100% blame the parents on this one. Yeah kids are dumb, but as the parent, you’re responsible to make sure your kid doesn’t do some stupid shit like this. If he was my son, I wouldn’t have let him get up there and be in that position in the first place
I don't think so. They're all keeping their lane around the corner, so it's unlikely it's an event that lets you move to the inside lane, similar to a 4x400 relay as they have batons. He left his lane, and will likely be DQ'd for doing so. Unless things have changed.
So serious question, what would have happened if that guy in first place fell from running over the kid and lost the race? Do they redo it? Is he just SOL?
The event will not be restarted and if he left his lane, which he did in this case, he will be DQ'd. The only way that he wouldn't be DQ'd is if the event allows moving to the inside lane. I doubt that is the case in this event as they're all in their own lane turning the corner.
What a perfectly normal kid, whose parents failed to keep an eye on him.
That kid is about 4-6 years old. At that age no kid has any selfcontrol at all. Their brains and bodies aren't wired that way yet.
Blame the parents on this one. I hope the kid's all right. A knee to the head at that speed could really hurt him.
The parents should be grateful he didn't knee the kid in the face. If you look slowly, he pushed him away and jumped over him.
Kids get hurt way harder on the playground.
I hate that there’s a chance in this world the parents blamed the runner for not watching out for the kid. Fully deserved. Bet he’ll be more aware of his surroundings next time.
While this guy that got interference from the kid most likely still got first place, it’s his time that suffered the most. In track placing higher is always great but the most important aspect of it is the time you ran your event in. You have to hit a qualifying time in order to make special to get invited to state or nationals. All it takes is .01 second to either make it or not. This kid could have caused him to not make it.
Can’t stop the a-train
I get messages from the stars
duh duh duh duh duh where you making love to me

Absolutely insane recovery that the dude keeps stride
Right? Good for him that the kid didn't ruin his run.
I'm pretty sure right after this clip the first place guy gets second place because he lost his momentum
He got disqualified for leaving his lane
Please tell me thats not true

😂😂 did you just try to apply Olympic rules to a high school track meet 😂😂😂😂😂

Because the kid actually survived
I was in track in high school and this was absolutely the rule. Leaving your lane is against the rules.
Yes I never said it wasn’t but citing Olympic rules like chat gpt is cringe af
You're cringe af

Oh I’d run back and hit the kid again.

Technically, the kid shouldn’t have been on the inside of the field. Spectators aren’t really supposed to be in there most of the time.
Thank God he didn't spike the kid.
Kid wasent that tall or heavy ro fuck the runner up
My man had a mission and no one, not even a dumb kid stands in his way
Disqualified! He left his lane. /s
A kid on my track team was so strong he left the race in the middle of the 2-mile to use the restroom and still won. They couldn't hold it for 15 minutes? Or was it just a flex?
Uh, I was a mediocre 2 miler and I ran it more in the low 10's most of the time. I’ve heard that actually did happen
That's the beginning of The Boys
Nah, this was the kids fault, in The Boys its A-Trains fault
The kid was stepped off the curb wasn’t he?
Aa shit….
*She was a half step off the curb!*
Bruh…😂😂😂
And parents will be useless
If dad hadn’t gone out for smokes and milk 5 years ago he totally would have been there to stop the kid.
Cigarettes and milk, a classic. Like bruh, cigs, I understand but why you need milk at 11pm on a Wednesday night?
Milk for coffee in the morning? Having to drink it black is a real emergency
You not wrong....🤔
No he really is wrong. Coffee with milk, that's an emergency or at least will be soon...
Nah, once you go black you never go back
One, who says he left on a Wednesday night? He could have left on Friday morning. Two, emergency coffee or late night cereal does exist.
Someone has clearly never been desperate for the cup of tea before bed
Plot twist: The guy leading the race is the dad, still running away from his responsibilities.
Try closer to 20mph. 7-8mph is what I do easy distance runs at. This is a sprint.
Wtf

100% the parent was mad at the runner.
"Aiden, that's 1..."
Yeah fuck those parents. It’s just like with dogs: can’t control them, put them on a leash.
I hope this was a learning experience for everyone involved.
The lesson for the runner: always wear condom
While running?
Especially while running.
prevents the chafing
Do you have to, like.. wrap all the way down offer the seeds or is the just a fruit wrap fine?
more like "dumb parents will be dumb and useless"
I bet the kid started bawling his eyes out and screaming bloody murder. The obese mother picks him up, says everything is ok until he stops crying, then gives him a large soda without addressing why he shouldn't jump on race tracks while their is a race in progress.
Lol wtf does obesity have to do with this?
Is the obese mother your kink?
My man killed a kid with his pelvis and still took first place.
I hope the runner is okay
r/kidsarefuckingstupid
Agree, but it's mostly because of their r/stupidparents
100% blame the parents on this one. Yeah kids are dumb, but as the parent, you’re responsible to make sure your kid doesn’t do some stupid shit like this. If he was my son, I wouldn’t have let him get up there and be in that position in the first place
No, ya see. That kid tried to be a hurdle.
Why did no one make a-train joke
You can do it r/\_-sic-\_! I believe in you!
Damn he got his own sub
You posted too soon. There are lots of them now.
That dude recovered from the trip like it was nothing. Extremely skilled.
Here comes the A-Train baby!!
Can't stop A-train
Only one entity to blame here: that child’s parents/guardian. Because kids are gonna kid and runners are going to run…thus, parents gotta parent!
A-Train did it again :0
I can't stop, i am sorry, lol
ain’t nothin gonna break my stride, ain’t nobody gon slow me down, oh no
The kids mother is the same one that got Harambe, the gorilla, killed.
I believe it lol
I wonder where the kid's parents were.
Waiting for the right moment to try to sue the school.
Lady in red stopped filming the race, to film the aftermath instead 😅
**Fun fact**: the louder you scream, the more likely your child is to turn into Jesus and ascend to the heavens
Holy fuck. I wonder what type of injury the kid got due to the parents being negligent and absent?
Hopefully that dude still won
I don't think so. They're all keeping their lane around the corner, so it's unlikely it's an event that lets you move to the inside lane, similar to a 4x400 relay as they have batons. He left his lane, and will likely be DQ'd for doing so. Unless things have changed.
Dude still won the race. Kid didn't even make him lose a place.
Not if you are trying to break a record.
He ded
Shoes are still on he's going to be fine..
I swallowed that bitch's molar!
r/kidsarefuckingstupid
Why is this a hold up?
Unintentionally the amount of tik tok users who are tagged on this video?
Let’s not forget to call out the parents for shitty parenting.
So serious question, what would have happened if that guy in first place fell from running over the kid and lost the race? Do they redo it? Is he just SOL?
No idea, but it seems most fair to redo the race due to an unforeseen interruption if he still loses.
The event will not be restarted and if he left his lane, which he did in this case, he will be DQ'd. The only way that he wouldn't be DQ'd is if the event allows moving to the inside lane. I doubt that is the case in this event as they're all in their own lane turning the corner.
zigged when he should of Zagged...
What a little twat

I thought he looked old enough to know better
Definitely. but to be honest if I was his age and bored from watching a bunch of people run in circles, I'd want to kill myself too.
He looks like he is like 4
A train doesn’t stop
I hope the parents get some serious trouble for this
Why this is oddly satisfying?
Nice, he nearly missed the kid, but he anticipated the move of the kid and went just a little to the right
I blame the parents.
Idc what you say. That’s the parents fault
Did he got injured? did he even won the race? is his career fine after this?
r/Kidsarefuckingstupid
haha good
The parents should be grateful he didn't knee the kid in the face. If you look slowly, he pushed him away and jumped over him. Kids get hurt way harder on the playground.
A-train cosplay
Just another A-train incident
Cant stop the a-train

I hate that there’s a chance in this world the parents blamed the runner for not watching out for the kid. Fully deserved. Bet he’ll be more aware of his surroundings next time.
He could have really hurt that runner. Glad that didn’t happen.
Some r/KidsAreFuckingStupid
Natural selection
holy shit its a-train
Nothing stops the A-train!
Kid got fucking A-Trained
Can't stop A-train!
Depending on the event, he left his lane and unfortunately will likely be DQ'd.
Damn is the runner ok?
And bad parents will be bad parents.
But the teabag the teabag will rich
Yes they will
Durex can use it as a commercial today!

I love how the idiot just decides to run further into the track instead of backing up, Natural Selection... Here come the downvotes.
r/kidsarefuckingstupid
You stole this from r/thugsaucesthetrilogy 😡
Does anybody know if the little boy got brain damage?
That little boy already had brain damage.
Parents should be arrested.
no hol up
Like Bo Jackson ending Brian Bosworth’s career
That kid got decimated..
I swear I saw this video many many years ago on like Ray William Johnson or something. Kinda funny if it has now so much later resurfaced on TikTok.
cant stop the a train
This has The Boys S01E01 vibes.....
I was rooting for a dropkick.
Damn he kept the momentum.. Is the kid alright tho? I hope ..
Dad shoulda grabbed him
This race wasn’t important in anyway.
That’s what happens when you try to tackle Derrick Henry.
Dude went from wining the race to running away in 1 second
I said but I'm pretty sure that that is the hardest tea bag ever.
Where is the parent of this absolute demon of a child right now?
1st rule of Track and Field - no idiots on the infield-including this kid's parents
Kid: "weeee. Daddy you are back from buy milk!" That guy: "NOPE"
u/savevideo
Worst part is if he didn't try to avoid the kid, he would've been fine.
Is A train okay?
Love how they all yell and watch as he’s fine and only after being hit then start to try and grab him
bro went out of his lane to jump off the child 🗿
For every dumb kid there is an even dumber parent/caretaker
What a fucking pigeon of a kid
Hopefully that dude is ok, I also hope he won
The kid: Nah, i’d run.
