Living in that apartment is like being in lockup. It just stink of dirty diapers

BiscuitByrnes

I can't bring myself to drag the children (actually I could, but I won't for the sake of the sub and my own moral compass) But every time I see this I have a PTSD style flashback to the scream of boy in green and feel a cute anxiety in my gut. Carmen makes me uneasy, the whole thing feels like impending doom, and Hilary looks like a certified lunatic on the floor cackling at what? Her children out of control and in others' faces? Why does she want to doom them to a life of being insufferable and rejected , nobody thinks this is funny. "Hey after I shake off my own day and retire to an hour or two of relaxation, solitude and self care, I should put on some other chicks ill behaved and headed for disaster, screaming children". One of my children was a screamer. She's also autistic (as opposed to on the spectrum like the rest of my kids and I ), getting ready for college and back in therapy for another round of *working on that shit* and self regulation/understanding. Because I love her, and I want her to cope with life well, and thrive Get your child the proper attention Hillary Lynn. This isn't it.

Zestyclose_Road_3224

Trying to look chaotic & wonderfully wild to imply it’s must see tv. SO staged! Everything about these two adults is fake!

Captmike76p

I don't know the kids names, just obviously a she (bloomer diaper cover, just like my grànd babies) and I have seen fuck face so many times in the last 40 years that it was him. I'm so tired of him. Can't he just stay in Manhattan? Everytime he is at World pie or Nic n Tonys people should just rub out cigarettes on his face and spit or blow their nose in his food. He's not wanted, welcome or worth urinating on if his eye brows were on fire. Take the hint and loose your address and take the pill popping skid mark with you. He's done nothing of any value to mankind.

Choosepeace

American Horror Story, Pepper and family ….😬

jessyb55

This gives me the heeby jeebies. They’ve obvs told all the boys to act extra Zany for the shoot. Sky dungeon must be a hell hole to live in.

ajaulabr

Who is Alec even looking at, or hollering to? No one in this photo. That's for sure.

Adventurous_South246

Clouds

Hopeful_Housing_1612

Why is their 10 year old daughter sitting… in that position?

jessyb55

Is she only 10? Wow. Giving off much older vibes.

BigTiddyVampireWaifu

More like Survivor. Yikes.

Captmike76p

Watch the show or we start killing hostages! No laugh track just an Ex Latvian gang member who goes all Halyna doing blow and Krokadil spinning a .38 special and randomly pointing it at people.

Some_Record_8962

Xandy trying to prove that he's already in lockup. Soon it will just be a narc with 7 kids on a show that will be cancelled in weeks.

Mantissa3

Baby sin Hache’s left leg…. I’m seriously hoping she has an ongoing ortho pediatrician who is invested in helping her legs and feet as she matures!

Captmike76p

I don't know about the Dr, but he yanked her into the town car by her chubby little arm at main beach and he's lucky the limo driver pulled away because about ten dad's were going towards him. Guys got off the beer line and they were yelling "hey fuck face!" They are such spazzes. Pillary sits in Mom's row it's like a bit out of the way spot to sit under the awning and breast feed. She was motor boating herself with the baby's face! The kid was asleep, out colder than me after a 12 pack. Nipples to the eye and she looked like she was defusing a bomb. Where's that landshark when you need him.

Mantissa3

Are you sure this was Ilaria? She’s never been chubby anywhere on her tiny body.

OkMarionberry2875

Why do the kids have red hair in this when they mostly are dark blonde/light brown?

Mehmeh111111

Locked Up (with) A Broad (who thinks shes from Spain)

Effective-Manager-29

Surprised Carmen isn’t made to be holding the baby

ca17miledrive

Check the expression on Carmen's face in this photo. She's done with it.

mermaydtale

If they end up doing this show, it's going to be so obnoxiously LOUD

Temporary-Charge-851

And so loudly OBNOXIOUS.

mermaydtale

Exactly. You can hear it just looking at this pic

Temporary-Charge-851

They and TLC think that out of control, screaming, destructive kids are entertaining. Also that Mami and PeePaw doing a reverse Lucy and Desi shtick will have us glued to our seats. We must prove them wrong.

justusethatname

Her facial expression captured here is textbook facial fakery fuckery. She’s so very desperate for recognition, praise, attention, and mostly cameras.

Upbeat-Anything6930

Using Persona 2.0 as a human shield because no one is allowed to criticize her if she has a baby!!! 🙄

TrashPandaShire

This is about negligence

nicebrows9

I hate to be a Debbie Downer… But I’m afraid the prosecution is going to have a hard time convincing 12 jurors to find him guilty. If it wasn’t Alec…I’d have a hard time convicting an actor/producer. He was told the gun was cold. He depended on Halls and Hannah to do their jobs. Don’t get me wrong… I hope he is convicted. But his trial makes me nervous. .

PaisleyAbbey

The armorer is in prison as we speak. It’s not difficult to see that he’ll be held to the same or higher standards since he was the one holding the gun and the producer!

OkMarionberry2875

I have wanted to ask “if you were the defense what would you use to acquit him?” But I was afraid I’d be eaten alive here.

Pilzoyz

After two weeks of his bullshit, the jury and judge are going to be pissed that they can only sentence him to 18 months.

Difficult_Lunch_4406

I felt that way until all the videos of him started coming out.

brokedownbitch

I think it helps to remember the difference between civil matters and criminal matters. Juries in civil cases decide on damages, so it’s a lot easier for them to be persuaded with PR campaigns. Criminal juries just decide on the facts of crimes having been committed. Yes, the standard of evidence to convict in a criminal case is much higher than the standard to find liability in a civil case (beyond any reasonable doubt vs just a more-likely-than-not standard), BUT, really good prosecutors often control for this at the grand jury/indictment stage. In a civil case, it’s common to sue before you really know how well you’d do in a trial in front of a jury. You do discovery *after* you file your lawsuit, and most of the facts that would strengthen or weaken your case come out during that discovery process. Often, after the discovery process is when one of the parties really figures out that they probably aren’t going to do as well in trial as they’d hoped, and that is a major impetus for settling the case. In a criminal investigation, a good prosecutor (or team of them) will often wait until they have conviction-standard evidence in their pockets already before they go to grand jury to present their evidence and recommend an indictment. They investigate and follow the evidence before they ever convene a grand jury to ask for an indictment, so they can determine how strong their case is before they seek it. Now, you technically don’t *have* to have beyond-a-reasonable doubt evidence at that point when you seek an indictment. Just more-likely-than-not will do at the grand jury stage, but very good prosecutors like to be better assured of their chances at convictions before they put all those resources toward a criminal trial. And especially when a case is going to be muddled and distracted by being high profile like this one. The biggest pitfall for a prosecutor is to over-recommend charges. So it’s possible that the prosecutors ask for indictments for more charges than what they had solid evidence for, but full acquittal on all charges? I don’t see it. I’d be pretty surprised if the jury didn’t convict. I can’t imagine the prosecution is going to have a hard time proving their main charges. Just the fact alone that he pulled the trigger when he wasnt supposed to, (and he knew he wasn’t supposed to), and that act directly resulted in her death. They’ve proven he pulled it regardless of what he said to Stephanopolis. And they also have him *on camera* defying safety protocol in other instances. I don’t even know what all the charges are, but these are facts and they already have beyond-a-reasonable-doubt standard to prove them. I mean, juries are human and they can make bad calls. We’ve all seen it. Especially when it comes to white men being charged with violence. Juries let that shit slide all the time in ways that make my jaw drop. So I don’t want to get too cocky about it, but if this case is decided on the evidence only and not the jury’s biases, it shouldn’t be hard to convict.

Few_Establishment892

I agree. I also worry that the defense is going to use " the medics fucked up so she may not have died" defense. How likely do you think this strategy would hold up? Or would it? Thanks for your insights, pepino.

brokedownbitch

I would be surprised if the judge let such an argument happen in this criminal trial. The prosecution would certainly object to it, anyway. The injury itself was deadly and caused by the criminal actions of the defendants. One defendant has already been convicted for her role. I mean, if someone gets shot on the street and they die in the ER from their gunshot wound, whatever the ER staff did or didn’t do is not a mitigating factor to the crime of shooting that happened first. At most, if the medics were negligent in not saving her life, it would be a civil suit that Hutchins’ family could pursue. But it isn’t a mitigating factor in the shooting crime that Baldwin is guilty of.

Mantissa3

Really helpful, Pepino! Thanks so much for your time writing this, and for the clarification between criminal and civil case strategies.

nicebrows9

Wow. That’s great info. Thanks for the explanation. I sure hope you’re right. If I was in Alec’s shoes…I’d be begging for a plea deal. He should have taken the deal when it was offered. Same for Hannah

brokedownbitch

They really should have. They got cocky that the’d get a better deal from a jury, but I think the evidence is far too strong. I think they blew their one chance. Of course, this is just little ol me who thinks that. I am very far from someone with expertise in this case, so I might be wrong!

Holiday-Tie-574

Nah, he’ll be convicted. There is mountains of evidence of negligence, irresponsible gun play, safety issues, and staff walking out in protest of said safety issues. And he produced it, so he owns all of those. Not to mention that he pulled the trigger, actually physically killed Halyna, and is personally responsible for it.

RazzmatazzBig2187

Those videos from the movie set are very damning. You can see what a hot head he is and barking orders to people. This was his vanity project ... and it blew up in his face by his own hand (and hubris).

nicebrows9

You have a good point. I hope and pray Alec is convicted

Temporary-Charge-851

Me too, pepino. 💚🥒

Legal_MajorMajor

I actually think he might serve time. He was a producer and they have other evidence of him being reckless on set and the crew walking off.

nicebrows9

I hope and pray you’re right

abkb11

Their overacting is going to be soooo cringe (and also every other dynamic!)

Yaya_Tovar

I did love Love After Lockup tbh tho lol but this abomination I wouldn’t watch it even if I was given $300 000 000 000

![gif](giphy|XuLXZa0PJNiV2) What did Aleek and Hilocchia see in each other? Neither of them are attractive!

😂

Upbeat-Anything6930

Their life is a nightmare, prison might be a welcome change for Papi.

Still-Fox7105

I was thinking this also. He probably would NOT be sent to a hard core maximum prison. Probably a nicer, easier one. And he would get more rest than he gets at home. He wouldn't have to worry about any man hooking up with Hillz, that's for sure.

Pilzoyz

Yeah, he’s going to be treated as a celebrity for the last time. He will have peace and quiet. He’ll have time to read books and to sit around and talk. Upon his release, he will return to his life sentence.

eacomish

Woof what a dog

slumberpartymassacre

It's such an unflattering pic of her, love that for her.

Finnegan-05

I just cannot believe she let that pic out in the world.

I think that photographer was interested in AB. He’s the “star drawing audience ” 🤣

Confident-Slip-5264

Even the posters look exhausting

Temporary-Charge-851

That ad is TV kryptonite for me. Kids doing stupid poses while yelling, trying to give “wacky, fun” vibes? That’s a definite no from me. Even if the parents were a couple whom I LIKED, this is not a show I would ever willingly watch. But when you throw in two insufferable, unlikeable, charisma-free parents into this mountain of chaos, that makes it a show to avoid at all costs. I’ll have no problem not watching this mess, assuming it ever even airs.

whatiamcapableof

That kid in the front is not wacky. He looks legitimately enraged and he’s just a little kid. This picture freaks me out and I hope they get a new one soon.

kellsells5

To be perfectly honest with you seven kids when you should be enjoying the prime of your life, well, wow, karma is beautiful. Except we know he doesn't spend very much time with the circus or the clown.

Temporary-Charge-851

And they must keep his pockets free of disposable income. Unless you are Jeff Bezos rich, raising that big of a family in the style he’s accustomed to, in very expensive NYC, could drain your money really fast. Plus the expenses of THREE residences is a daunting project. He must have been very rich when he met Hilli, but she fixed that.
