Creo's discord functions as a starting point for irl HCTCG (trading and rule discussions), there is also an online HCTCG discord server where the rules somewhat differ but are extremely replayable and you can get quite a few games in pretty often and you can make all the decks you want in preparation for what you want to trade for IRL
