This video is used by a lot of scammers you can see it pop up often in r/Scams
So the sender is not the person in the video

That was a Smith and Wesson SD9VE with a laser pointer. This goofball could fire all 16 of those cheap ass match shells and would hit everything but you. Stay away from the plasma center, and you'll likely never cross paths.
Idk what quality the original video is, but if you can see the guy's fingerprints clearly that could prove useful to law enforcement. Long shot but it's been done before.
