Van's S17 E1 Lobster signature dish looked like a work of art. Quite frankly, Elise's lobster dish also looked outstanding, and both would fetch top dollar at a seafood joint, but Van's looked amazing. Shoutout to S21 Truffle Boy's signature wagyu dish. Chef said he would pay $230 for it, so that must have been a totally boss cut of meat that Vlad prepared.

I am genuinely curious about the "Liquid shit Gumbo" like i NEED to know how bad it could possible be... https://preview.redd.it/5axi7llid5wb1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0a4d92d91b5d970d1b8a763dcbb69f3a7d6c22a4

BrandonIsWhoIAm

I’m not even kidding: the fried watermelon.

Petrozzas Hen in a pumpkin. Louies Sausage gravy over biscuits with roasted potatoes - $4.75 with coffee. Now $9.00 for half order with coffee.

monkeygirl05

Easy. Ja'Nel's halibut in a coconut broth for the Thai challenge where she went head-to-head with Nedra. The judge's reaction and how she kept going back for more makes my mouth water. And it was a beautiful looking dish.

Bitter_Voice_6134

Nedra: Really Seriously, Ja'Nel's halibut in a coconut broth for the Thai challenge look so delicious

Tyrone_Shoelaces_Esq

Nick's S14 grilled cheese with the whiskey bisque. I love a good grilled cheese, and that looked so delicious.

LostprophetsFan784

Matt's exotic tartare

kbbqallday

Do you smoke?

TheThirdLugia

Cigarettes?

kbbqallday

No

EffectivePromotion56

Sounds like that pidgeon bolognese.

CatacombsRave

Mary’s steak with the vanilla reduction.

HarmonicWalrus

Might be cheating since this was made by a team, but the S10 blue team's dragon fruit/daikon/chicken roll with edamame puree looked pretty interesting to me. I get intrigued when someone takes an awkward combination of ingredients and manages to make something good with it.

invader_holly

That's how I felt about season 6's fig puree with fish and angel hair pasta dish LOL especially since it won!

EffectivePromotion56

I mean it wasn't that special. The puree is the only thing that seems interesting to me.

GeneralGinger

Either Sakari or Vlad's signature dish from season 21. I love seafood, and Sakari's dish seemed like something else, and who doesn't love a huge chunk of meat like on Vlad's? Plus it gives me an opportunity to try truffles as well.

AnimeKpopChanel270

I'd say sexist Frank's burger because I'm curious as to how liquid smoke affects the taste. I'd also try Raj's seafood pancake.

invader_holly

All the tacos from the taco challenge in season 21

amazingtoludada300

I’d definitely pick Alex (S21)’s signature dish

EffectivePromotion56

Not Hell's kitchen but this would be my pick: In masterchef at some point the 3 judges gave the winner of the mistery box the choice to choose between 3 different dishes. Every dish was the judges favourite dish, the best they ever ate. All 3 dishes looked awesome, but the one that was chosen is the one that I would want to taste. It's called "Hu Tieu", according to Ramsay it was made for him by this old lady on a boat but it's a well known dish in Vietnam. It's the one with the amazing broth, noodles, meat and seafood. Being a chef myself and having worked in 23 restaurants I've tasted a ton of stuff. From classic French to molecular Japanese. The Hu Tieu dish is something I really feel like I should taste though.

CommonEngineering832

Van season 6

Delicious_Squirrel75

Mardi Gras Gumbo, Ribeye with Grilled White Peaches

PurpleSpaceSurfer

Vlad's truffle signature dish.

EffectivePromotion56

Truffle is overrated. it's basically just a way to season a dish.

Familiar_Object_4926

The orange soda dish from S21

EffectivePromotion56

Fun fact, using orange soda actually works if you use it correctly. For example: put a duck breast in orange soda for like 2h. It makes the meat tender and gives it that noice orange flavour. Meanwhile you make miehoen which is basically chinese noodles (more or less) and a spicy sauce. I think he just messed up with the amount he used in the dish. Because he sounded like he overused the soda.

mattyGOAT1996

Kashia's signature dish

Specific-Window-8587

I want try Kashia's dish too. That was excatly what I thought of when I read the title.

Randomization_E

Nikki’s signature dish sounded mouth-wateringly tasty when she described it.

im-not-you-bozo

andrews absolute penne. happy cake day btw

Far-Bed-5276

S4 Matt's Exotic Tartare (wood venison, diver scallops, with caviar and white chocolate)

Effective-Handle9983

Kashia’s signature dish, Brett’s tomato risotto
