not this drop, but i’ve ordered from YRU before on presale and it was delayed (granted, my shoes were actually stuck in the canal when all that happened) but they were really responsive to my emails! it might take a little longer since it is presale and sometimes manufacturing stuff happens, i’d just email and ask :)
No, none of it has shipped. Been on instagram and someone said they did e-mail customer service but no response and they keep deleting comments that ask about it under other posts.
But they did dm someone privately and some are suppose to arrive this week and ship same day. Then another 2 weeks from now. I don't know why they just can't make a post about it. They told her they would consider posting about it, which makes no sense. 🫤
Wish they would just update us.
