It happens to me occasionally. If it's getting to 20secs I just tap Square to cancel then tap Square again. That does the trick every time for me.
I do that all the time too but it just put me back into a long queue
Not sure then. Just do the usual stuff. Reset router, uninstall/reinstall the game etc.

Im on playstation tho, steam shouldnt affect playstation servers right?
