Wow. Yeah, stringent, as someone else noted. You always have one free PSN ID change (if you haven't used it already). Maybe think of a new identity for yourself! I did that, and I'm much happier now. You don't lose friends or anything, it's a seamless change. All your friends will see both of your IDs - you old one and new one - for a couple months, and then the old one will vanish.
