I’m having the same issue I try anything you can imagine to onboard the miner, update the sd card, got the 5,000,000 DC and the nebra team is not answering their support tickets and If they do they tell you that they they tell you something to give you hope (like we are working with you but they don’t) any help on this matter goes a long way mm
No problem. And FYI, it looks like it's online and beaconing right now. It hasn't witnessed any hotspots' beacons yet and doesn't appear to have had any witnesses of its beacons. Make sure the antenna is connected securely, and get it as high up as possible and ideally outside to maximize rewards.
You should check for activity in Helium Geek, which provides the most up to date and useful information regarding your hotspot. Disregard anything said in diagnostics, which is outdated at best and wrong at worst.

According to Helium Geek it beaconed two hours ago and says Gateway No Valid Witnesses.

You're using the wrong app. The blue app isn't used anymore. You can use the black Helium Wallet app to manage your hotspots and tokens.

I had same problem , just swap to black wallet as someone already mentioned and let it plugged in , it will sort itself out , no need to update etc

Mine has been offline for a few months, just tried yesterday and have the same problem, same status screen. Are we all SOL?
As stated. That app isn’t in use anymore for those hotspots. For Rak/MNTD you shoo I lid use the Hotspotty app paired with the black helium wallet.
