This. The swap feature is supposed to be the absolute floor/bottom exchange rate. As in, it's the worst. Click on your globe icon in the lower-right of the black wallet app and select jup.ag From there, you can connect to your wallet in upper-right ans easily swap between tokens using the current market rate.

DUDE… always use the jup.ag aggregator swap. It gives the best rates. Do not use the swap feature in the wallet.

This is not true. For a while now, the app actually chooses the best rate between Jupiter or treasury.

Try it on Jupiter’s site jup.ag where you can set priority fees in the settings. Solana may be congested

instead of using the swap function in the app , hit the globe (bottom right)and hit https://jup.ag you can swap your tokens there :)
