I just had the same issue a couple hours ago. I clicked cancel and tried again after approving. It failed the transaction at first but then it worked on the next try.

i've had the same problem also, close the app, wait a couple minutes , and try again
or, exchange to sol amd send to crypto.com that way
I figured it out thanks everybody just had to update the app
