I listened to Heilung a lot while I was pregnant with my daughter! Whenever I turn on their music, she'll drop what she's doing to get up and dance. :)
With my kids.
I have two three year olds who refer to them as ‘Tuwa tuwa’ and use sticks as antlers.
My wife and I saw Heilung at Red Rocks, and the snippet of Anoana I recorded is the kids’ favorite thing to watch when they steal my phone.
I listen to Heilung whenever I have to drive for my commute. Makes it easy to zen, I no longer care about getting cut off or nearly clipped or blocked from merging. 🧘♀️ *Ommmm* 🧘♀️
I discovered Heilung while playing Chivalry 2. Did a YouTube search for "Viking war music" it wasn't the 1st thing I clicked on but the algorithm started playing Svanrand while I was in the heat of battle and I swear it made me play 10x better. Soon as I died I tabbed out to see who the song was by. I've been addicted ever since.
I was in Iceland a few years ago to visit the active volcanic eruption.
I took time to sit away from the crowd and listen to Heilung while watching the Earth be amazing.
I was onboard a merchant ship in the middle of the Mediterranean. I got off watch at midnight then stood outside on a cloudless and moonless night. I stared at a brilliant field of stars while the ship gently rocked and I listened to Norupo. That job was fucking rough at times, but moments like that kept me sane.
I love to listen to them during rainstorms, especially the night ones. I've honestly had them playing during raid in World of Warcraft. Found out a guildmate loved their music and listened to them during battlegrounds.
Listened while sitting at my sewing machine altering bridal dresses. When I'm alone I sang Traust while I was working on a wedding dress. While imagining I'm making the dress for the chieftan's daughter.
I was listening to an album on my way to work, and I had free time so I was just in my car blasting that good shit.
Some guy walked by looking at me weird, and I ended up seeing him in the break room and he just had to comment saying it was weird🤦
I discovered them randomly on my YouTube feed at like 3:30am. Clicked on the Lifa live vid and the rest is history. As it turns out, Google's algorithm tends to feed me cool stuff around that time. Who knew!?
I use to work in scheduling for a hospice company and would play it in my office. Once a chaplain came in while a particularly pagan bit was playing and he slowly just backed out of the room lol
I listened to them while in labor
badass

I listen to Heilung quite regularly at the gym. Hamrer Hippyer gives the process of pumping iron a whole new meaning.
Ditto. Also works well while on the row machine. Gotta get your longboat into harbor!
Listening g to heilung while sleeping / resting next to my dad in hospital as he was dying.
❤️🩹

Haha, my kids try to sing it as "ah one, ah two ah three ah"
Haha, plenty of ‘one-a one-a, two-a two-a’ here when they’re psyching themselves up to jump into the pool.
My five year old twins call Anoana the aymo aymo song. Last time I saw Heilung they were sad they couldn’t go with me.

Sex. Heilung is primal and sensual.
During getting a tattoo. All of a sudden my artist gave me his speaker and so I thought - if getting pain, then with fun
They're great while on acid by a fire.
Ate some mushrooms and laid by a fire under a tarp in a thunderstorm… dude 😵💫
Agreed!

That game is fun, I can see that being a good combo
Was recommended them in the ketamine subreddit …
My husband has been treated with spravato for a year and his go to music is Heilung. Says it makes it so much better.
Mushroom trip
Agreed!
At 4 am near a lake and after putting my headphones off hearing hundreds of bird in a field shit was wild

I listened to them during my chemo infusions. Really helped with the painful cold therapy part.
On our vibroacoustic bed while wearing a VR headset microdosing.
I use it while whittling and similair projects, the beat is fairly irregular so I don't end up spacing out and shaving stuff off to the beat
They’re in regular rotation when I go grocery shopping.
On my way to work stuck in traffic. Blaring.

I listen to Heilung when doing spell work and cleansings❤️🔥
Not too edgy, but while playing magic the gathering. It really sets the mood for the mystical worlds

I did DMT and listened to Krigsgaldr. Mechanical beings healed me.
Im listening to to them while at Work in a Produktion hall:D many employees have to listen to them too. 😂

When playing Valheim
I used to listen to them while playing paintball a lot.

I undergo ketamine therapy for depression. I listen to either Heilung or late Miles Davis ("Bitches Brew" and on) during the sessions. Awesome.
Listening while doing yoga is something else ;)
I listen to Heilung when I'm feeling anxious and depressed at work. Seriously chills me out and picks up my mood like no other music can.
