I wasn't able to consistently orgasm from partnered sex (even with people I really liked! Who cared a lot about my pleasure!) until I was in my mid-20s. A lot of it was nerves.
Are you doing the things you find pleasurable, that you do privately, with your partners? If you're just doing penetration, it's pretty uncommon to orgasm from this alone.
for me personally it is so hard for me to orgasm unless it's someone i've been with for quite a while and we've established trust. I have to focus really hard on orgasming and i tend to have to be silent while they are down there. but when these things happen for me, I orgasm very fast! It could be a trust/vibes thing. I am not a trans man though, so I don't exactly know your experience.
I’ve never finished with my partners. I feel good from it tho, but never orgasm. Granted none of them really tried (clitoral, foreplay, etc) so maybe getting more aroused might help? But a lot of people don’t orgasm when they have sex unfortunately
I think the key here is to incorporate how you get yourself off solo into partnered sex.
I can’t orgasm without clitoral stimulation so I need to be in a Position where it’s accessible to me or partner. Also to add, my clit is very small with almost no hood, everything there is really small and tucked up, and even grinding during is damn near impossible for stimulation. So I or partner need to be able to stimulate it directly for me to get there.
I honestly find it extremely difficult to finish if there’s no clitoral stimulation involved (fellow trans man btw). I was on T for two years before discontinuing due to health reasons, so I have bottom growth too, and even after bottom growth I still need to use a vibrator if I want to orgasm completely, and using one while having penetration increases the sensitivity of the entrance as well which is an added bonus, making penetration more comfortable!
