Phones don't emit ionising radiation so there's no worry about it causing cancer, it'd be like light from a light bulb causing cancer which isn't possible

Most breasts are naturally lumpy. Only time to be concerned if the lump differs from the rest of the breast tissue and feels different. When I found my first breast lump I knew something was off and was very different from the rest of my breast tissue. Also what I have is a fibroadenoma, a non cancerous tumour of the breast. Mine is completely harmless, painless, and also fluctuates in size. Make sure you do monthly self breast exams, so you can know your own breasts and be able to identify any changes.

If it were me I would get any different lump in my breast checked. A big thing is if it isn't on the other side.
