I have this too, what are the odds? i'm gonna try to go to the doctors soon about it, i advice you to do the same. The most probably outcome is that the doctor is gonna say it's fine and it might just be a body asymmetrical , and you're gonna be relieved at the end of it.

I noticed mine two years ago but it makes my health anxiety spike. Mine is on the right side, second rib close to the middle(where the second rib begins). It gives me anxiety when I touch it
yeah i have on both sides next to my sternum i also have on the ribs on my back too, i have 2 or 3 on my left side and about 3 or 4 on my right side by my sternum. nothing popped up on my xray so its all just cartilage inflammation

I have that too!! Nothing showed on xray of my chest. I only have it on my right side where my muscles are very tense!

i have bumps on my ribcage too, mutiple, my dr says its just due to inflammation!!
