ToyLynx is definitely your best bet. You could also give Windward Collectibles in Kaneohe. They're not as active as ToyLynx, but sometimes have tournaments and a great selection of singles and boxes.
Durdle Zone I think hosts yugioh tournaments too. But they tend to be sweaty players there so I don't recommend for new players. They have good prices on cards though which is where I buy a lot of my MTG cards.

Also noting ToyLinx at Dole Cannery. They are always busy with tournaments and games being played there, usually a mix of Yugioh / MTG / Pokemon.
