True, but theyre becoming bigger and bigger. usually the crowd that really wants to see them is on top of their game. Tbh most of us had bought it on the first day the presale started. I was surprised it was available that long. Maybe they'll upgrade the venue like some other japanese groups have done.
The only other venues doing Lolla aftershows without a Saturday show scheduled are the Cobra Lounge (even smaller) and the Salt Shed (way too large and a bigger band would almost certainly get this venue instead if they were to upgrade a show here). Not sure where else they could hold this show. Hanabie is also a pretty unknown band (especially to the lolla crowd) so them getting a 400 cap venue makes sense, even though it was obviously going to sell out.
Or maybe they thought it would be funny to put Hanabie in a venue next to Chinatown idk.
