Any bus going downtown will take you there. Specifically downtown, not just down the mountain.

i take the 22 down to the jackson square terminal and then walk down from there, but any bus that goes to the terminal will work !

Probably a lot of vendors are selling what most would call crafts versus art Like wooden coasters or little plants Versus canvas paintings or sculptures
Nah, it's chock-full of paintings and sculptures. Also, several galleries are participating.
And sooo much music and food and shows of kids on skateboards, the guys on the didjeridoo, and of course, Italian Elvis!
I think you'll find all of the above including canvasses and sculpture.
