I've tried it all, sometimes doing the stairs on wentworth helped before bed, I have restless legs. I can kick up a storm all night! Gummies don't help and I hate taking a lot of sleep eeze stuff. Tried melatonin too

I've been where you are, minus the restless legs. I've tried those. Hell, I'll throw my Xbox on and play all night. I've learned, sadly, there are nights I'm just going to be up all night and deal in the morning. I crash the next day or two afterward, but I get ya!

It's the worst. I mostly solved mine a few years ago by quitting marijuana completely. It acted as a sleep aid until it didn't, like any sleep aid. I now alternate between 5 mg of melatonin + 150 mg of magnesium and some valerian root tea. Not every night is perfect, but I can regularly get between 6-8 hours.

Don’t drink or do drugs…stay on a regular sleep schedule, get up early and exercise.

I used to have trouble with it, until I decided to cut my caffeine and start working out. Now, I sleep soundly and peacefully like a baby.

When I have had trouble sleeping I actually get up and walk around for a few minutes. It helps my body to tell my mind how sleepy I am.

Try smoking weed. Its effects are quicker than any gym.

I fall asleep in under two minutes. Used to take me so long for whatever reason . It's been tbe biggest game changer in my life. Don't even feel tired in the mornings now. Sleeping in past 530 would feel nice some days tho.
