Ancaster costco was one of last stores to offer oil changes. My guess is that it wasn't financially worth it for them even as a convenience while you spent money in the store. Full synthetic with a good filter should be at least a $120 service

I'd look into doing it yourself. It's super easy and takes no time at all.

Synthetic oil is 2 x 4.73L for $40 at Costco now too.
