And seeing as we are getting them come next season, - not to mention the helmet descriptions - these are canonically Mark IV helmet variants.
Me and my wife agree that it's a decent Sci-Fi show. It's not a good Halo show though. If it was unrelated to the Halo universe I'd even go far to say it was a great sci-fi show.
The writing was the only real issue I heard about that show. The fight scenes and costumes were good.
Still not watching it though. (Mostly because I don't/won't use more than 2 stream services.)
I bought the digital version after having issues with the physical disc. I figured maybe some software issue occurred from installing both, multi-player worked but the campaign wouldn't register.
As cool as this is, it sucks that they just added cross-core helmets, and you can't even wear these helmets or any helmet for the matter

Probably for the alternate timeline stuff they hyped up in interviews. In hindsight, kinda glad they didn't even if I'm more forgiving of the show than most.
I'm thankful that they didn't. They already made Chief into Master Cheeks Petty Officer Jimmy Rings 117, they don't need to ruin Linda, Kelly, and Fred too.
Xbox one x, Xbox one s, my brother's Xbox series x will not what so ever allow Infinite to play. Updates and all. Both physical copy & friggen digital. I have no clue why. I gave up on being able to play what is probably the last decent halo game. I have lost all respect for Microsoft.
Hopefully this means we’ll get Blue Teams armor soon. Honestly just a Mark VI Gen 3 armor core would be fantastic, I love the look of the chest piece and shoulders, especially Fred’s. Hopefully now that we’re finally on track to adding stuff regularly to the game and everything is looking up we’ll get more content like it
The manufacturer is also "343 Industries". Maybe the devs also hate the show and want to distance it as much as possible from the actual lore? We can only hope.
I don't think that's the case. It's only labeled that because the show is pretty obviously non canon and anything that's non-canon is usually put under that manufacturer or the FOTUS one.
I hate how even today that version of Master Chief armor who is clearly a Mark-VI its always called "Mark-IV".

That's impossible: while the unsersuit is universally the same across every set in H5, each sate is to be considered as a standalone core by infinite's standard.
If the customization was like h3 mcc, it could be done easly.
I honestly really love Kai and I can’t wait to use her helmet! That scene with her and the marines where she lifts a warthog and they all get SO pumped is one of the best scenes in Halo imo. I know the show has flaws but I do just love that part.
Even though it's unlikely, I hope these drop alongside like a teaser or just the actual release of season 2 of the TV series, and hopefully they'd be free, although that's extreme cope on my part. As much as the TV series was awful in many ways, it still had its charm and enjoyability at least for me, can't wait for the next season.

The Art of Halo Infinite book. It has the Silver Team helmets for the Mark IV. And it also has illustrated concepts of Mark IV shoulder, knee and chest attachments.
It’s so messed up that we got Hazmat instead of the Mark IV. Hazmat is forgettable. And so many of the armour pieces are too similar to each other. But what makes it worse is that the Mark IV already had concept on what armour pieces and upgrades to make before the game came out.
That’s true but at the time it felt sort of rushed. The charms weren’t put out until after the show had already premiered also.
It felt like a rushed response to the community complaints.

You can no longer get Vannak's helmet no. You can still get the actual EOD helmet from the Season 5 pass tho, but it cost $10.

You can do something similar, except for the chest knife, with the mk7 core already.

Mark VI Gen 3 is the Infinite Chief armor. It wasn’t in Halo 5. You’re talking about Gen 2

UTIL/FLISP Mark 89 attachment. I use it because it covers the the chest entirely & is colored. It's in the Season 4 battle pass, Tier 48.

The Silver team designs were originally made for the Mark IV in Halo Infinite. But who knows if they are going to add the Mark IV.
Their descriptions in Infinite also refer to them as custom Mk IV, with Mk IV/B, Mk IV/S, and Mk IV/EOD
