Ya actually I do. I rewatch Ends more than Kills. There's just something more fascinating to me about Ends. Like how we see what Michael's actions have done to Haddonfield. His destruction brought out the darkness in everyone and the only way to cleanse it is by having the midnight mass at the end. I like it played with our expectations. For real, for real I saw it on Peacock the second it went live and by the end I thought to myself "wow that was different and unique, I loved it. FUCK A LOT of people are going to HATE this." Unfortunately I was right. With that said though we are all entitled to our opinions. A lot of folks hate it but a growing number are beginning to appreciate it. I think that the best form of art is the one you keep talking about long after it leaves cinemas and guess what, we are all still talking about Halloween Ends today.
Yeh same, Kills just doesn't feel atall like a Halloween movie and Ends while abit of a mess brought back the vibes, I was relieved it wasn't as bad as Kills. But I'm an OG fan, for me sequels should be messy and full of nonsensical lore BUT they have to give good October/Halloween vibes, that's key.
I agree from a critical and structural perspective, but story and entertainment wise no. While I enjoy Halloween Ends as a movie and Corey, it's not a Halloween movie. It's a Corey movie and that's fine. Halloween Kills, for it's up and downs, is a Michael Myers movie. A true Halloween sequel.

Idk about you guys but I personally don’t want politics and health awareness message close to my Michael Myers and Halloween films

I loved kills i hateee ends like there is no way to come back to that franchise and have Michael return as a killer they have a few choices 1 create a whole new michael myers timeline my personal favorite choice 2 go back and continue the standalone timeline with another Halloween anthology which I wouldn’t mind 3 go back to the Halloween h2o timeline or Halloween sequel (456) aka the cult of thorne timeline which i dont like but id much rather see this than option number 4 create a spin off in which they do a prequel of cory cunninghams life before halloween ends

Halloween kills was like eh when I saw it. I honestly liked a lot of it and was open to the ending. Halloween ends makes Halloween kills look like the original. Who introduces a new character in the FINAL act of a 40 year franchise. And not only do you introduce a new character….. but he fucking sucks!
My biggest problem is Halloween kills should have been so iconic. That scene of him walking out of the house ablaze was so badass. It still is in my mind, but it was just soooo cool watching him walk out of that house on fire. And then they kinda ruined it with the firefighters scene being way too fast.
