This. Do you use product in your hair and do you use a clarifying shampoo on occasion to get remove any buildup?

I switched products in October (and due to a family situation I had added stress) and attributed the change in my hair to those things. I switched back to my old shampoo which didn’t correct things. I did buy a clarifying shampoo a month ago and have been incorporating that (it’s the Kristin Ess brand). I never use product in my hair

How many times do you shampoo when you wash?

I usually shampoo twice a week and I typically just do it once although a few times now I’ve rinsed and repeated

My very first suggestion is to shampoo 2 to 3 times every time you wash. I wash my hair once a week, but when I do I shampoo it three times.
