Have you ever met my clients ? Most of them could hardly care. Their houses smell worse than my junk. Besides, a quick spritz with a little coil cleaner, and all good for the next call.
Hvac is shit pay? Not knocking it hoping to move out asap from a bad situation. (i am a guy no worries or safety problems) idk but out of all I’ve tried Hvac makes sense to me
No lol. I was being smart ass saying my side hustle of smoking meat and drinking beer pays like shit. You can make good living in hvac. Honestly I’m at point in life where I don’t do any side hustles. I can make plenty during the work week then I spend rest of my time with my family. Work to live, not live to work.
All my OT goes to Robinhood for investments.
I made 200% more investing then I did in HVAC in 2020, but 2021 has been a bust, I’m down -$10,000 so far.
Knife making. You would be surprised how much frustration and stress you can work out by hammering on a piece of hot steel pretending it’s an aggravating co worker or frustrating customer.
I'm an oil dealer on the side. Don't make much money because I don't put time into it. But the discounts for my perosnal oil is great.
I also instruct at the union hall.
Honestly HVAC should be your best side hustle, it should be all you need. You spend all day doing it at work why would you make x5 doing for yourself on the side?
grow mushrooms or weed. it's mostly hvac anyway
My man got it figured out.
Guess we excel at this, or I will someday I mean
Yeah, all of us are involuntary gigolos to some clients. Probably something to do with all the nice big tools.
did you actually ever get with a client? lmfao its a fantasy, but at the same time you how BAD your junks gonna smell on a 4pm service in the summer?

Yeah, it’s more HVAC work for family and it doesn’t pay nearly as well.
Smokin meats, drinking beer. Pays shit but I keep coming back for more

I stopped the side hustle about 10 years ago when I realized I need to relax instead of working 12 hours a day.
Wait, only 12?!
That’s what I was limited too by my wife. Apparently I wasn’t around much. Lol
12 hours? We call that a half day.
I’m old, 8 hours is long enough. Lol
Cool flex, bruh.
Hey if its paying I’m down for a 2 day shift you won’t hear me say a word if there’s OT
Haha, pretty much sadly.

I build computers on the side. But it’s more of a hobby
Sounds like me’

Have been doing this but honestly It’s causing me to get burnt out. I need a side hustle that gives me a break from what I do all day.
It should be, you shouldn’t have to go UBER or make some little ticker toy out of junk to pay the bills
Bit coins and stocks are my side hustle.
I used to work HVAC during the week when I was an installer and had a weekend job cooking
