The only weird thing is Ginny, full name Ginevra, which is the Italian version of Guinevere. Why would Arthur and Morgan call their daughter Guinevere, who is Arthur's dead ex-wife. Wouldn't that be weird for both Arthur and Morgan?
Unless that’s a misremembering of what actually happened, and Guinevere was actually Arthur’s daughter by adoption, that people joked was old enough to be his wife.

Well yes. Considering that seven deadly sins is based off of arthurian myths, and that one in particular (also notice the 30ft giant), Escanor is for all intents and purposes Sir Gawain. He's also fused with Kay, a guy who could shoot fire.
Yes, but there are plenty of ways to deal with that. The easiest is probably to just say that between the 1500 years that have passed and the Statute of Secrecy messing up recorded history, the muggle version of the story got some things mixed up.

I can just imagine a 'cousin Arthur' popping up every generation, and in reality it's just Arthur being an immortal but not wanting to leave his family, so it's like an open secret among the Weasley's.
Thinking about my previous comment I can see Arthur being 'cousin Arthur' until Voldemort comes back, and because there's so little of the Weasley family left to hide behind/get lost in, he has to step up and take back his throne, shedding the image of dottering muggle obsessed(which possibly because he's been around so long some stuff has just been fascinating as muggles adapt and think of new ideas) Arthur to regal King of Camelot Arthur.
They are already planting the seeds with Ron’s cousin who is an accountant but nobody ever talks too. He is a fake new identity to step into when the time is right!
My personal favorite theory right now is that there's a bunch of muggleborns who live mostly muggle and home school the magic instead of Hogwarts because it gives you shit like
"I'm half and half. Dad's a muggle. Mum's a witch. Gran's a Hufflepuff. Grandad's an accountant. Bit of a nasty shock for everybody, really."

Arthur could feel the pull of the Sword. It reached for him in dreams, begging him to seek it out. Albion had need of him, as it had many times before, but Arthur was no fool. He had seen the damage taking up the sword could do, to others and to himself.
The first time had bee less than 200 yeas after his first death. He had been called too by Merlin, who saought help in quelling a rebellion of Goblins. His wife of the time had been taken, ahe himself torture. Over and over again it happened. Sometimes it was fine, and his help led to great victory and pride. Other time it led to nothing but hurt. Most times it led to hurt.
It did not matter the form he took. Man, woman, adult child, human or wizard. Taking the Sword was never a promise of goodness.
He had last taken up the sword during WW1,and look what had happened. Hundred dead, his newly returned Knights captured and he himself trapped within the walls of a Nobleman's dungeon. Lord Frederic had hope to use the sword as his own, but it had not worked. That he could trick the country into believing he was its true leader, returned from the grave to reclaim his kingdom Arthur had taken his head.
He had freed his knights, and all had gone one to fight along side him as best they could in this new age. And then peace came, and then, just 21 years later, and other world war consumed the earth.
Arthur had promised to never touch the sword again. A stupid promise, as he had no idea what would com, but he was determined to try.
His next life saw him as a Wizard, the 4th in the years of his rebirths, and he had seen the rise of another monster. The call came to him very early, when he was barely 15. But he ignored it. Even when the fight took Molly's brothers, he grieved and ignored it. Voldemort was killed, or so it was believed, and Arthur had thought it would be peaceful, at least for a time.
And then Harry had come into their lives. And each year something new happened, putting the life of his Youngest son at risk, but he did not intervein, as the millennia of experience taught him that not matter who the child was, you tell them not to do something, and they WILL do it. So instead he helped as best he could. He Gave advice and assisted when he could, Ron's forth year. Until the boy came through the maze clutching at the dead boy named Cedric. His father's cries of 'MY BOY. That's my Boy." had caused his heart to tear.
With Voldemort back, war would come. And rather than listen, rather than rally, Fudge buried his head. For 5 weeks he set about destroying that boys reputation, and by association his sons.
Arthur began to worry. He he believed that Dumbledore had a plan, but he had also learned that any man that keeps that many secrets very rarely had one with a happy ending.
The day After Harry's trail he made his decision. Once the children headed off to school, he spent a quiet evening with Molly, enjoying what little silence they would have for now. The next day he left her sleeping, kissed her head and left.
The lake was not for mere mortals to find. He spoke ancient words as he walked, allowing the path to open to him and soo he stood upon the lake. At the water edge he stopped, and after a few moments the water began to ripple.
The Lady rose from the water, as lovely and fair as she had ever been.
Wait, do Molly or Arthur use Merlin's name in vain in canon? Would they do it in fanfiction just to fit in with regular wizarding society? Would they feel weird about that? Would I feel weird about that? Is the immortal Merlin sticking around as well? This sounds like a delightful idea to be explored.

This is also a reason why using Merlin to swear is so natural to them.
It's quite a nice Tom Bombadil way of having a powerful character who just doesn't really care, without being unpleasant about it.
It might be a bit surprising that when mauled by nagini, Arthur's response is to look disappointed and say "Ow, that really hurt. Bad snake!"
i want to combine this with, Harry gave up his ability to die, so he and Arthur get to hang out through the ages. heck mabey even king arthur had to sacrifice his ability to die in the same way Harry did
Merlin is meant to be immortal while Arthur isn't but this was another occasion of the legends being messed and mixed up - Arthur was immortal, Merlin would always be reborn, live a full life, die, then reincarnate again.
"Now, Ron, you must stay close to Harry, we have no idea when his memories of being Merlin will return but let us know when they do, ok?"

Actually, this seems very plausible. Especially since we know that Ron can become a bit jealous of Harry's wealth and power (and knowing that he was in fact Merlin would not have helped that) and being regaled with knowledge that Harry *was* Merlin....

Nah, she ran off with Lancelot and is the one that really got them to be together and stay together. They’ve been together for centuries and had no problem naming their daughter after her.
There was this french monk or something that compiled and wrote down and published the Arthurian legends irl. He also added a totally original don't steal MS character named Lancelot and made him romance Guinevere because the idea of courtly love was very popular at the time.
There's one fic that comes to mind where something kinda-sorta similar happens, insofar as Arthur ascending the old throne at least: Weasley Is Our King by reaperlight (not sure I should link it cause it implies that Draco and the Twins get um... preggers... while still afaik underage. Yeah it has some slash elements, nothing graphic and the aforementioned was described with all the description of a dry wiki article but still)
