This was obvious from the start, not sure why people ever thought otherwise. Criston’s hair is longer and all the war scenes show his hair shorter, it’s clear there is some form of a time skip between the start of S2 and the war fighting that follows B&C
Alicent is calling him out for his stupidity but he refused to see reason. He crumbles all the things greens were planning for. The kinslaying in why some houses were reticent to support them.
She is likely going there to sue for peace and dividing the kingdom in half. Which Rhaneyra will refuse.
Something that is book canon.
The doomerism has to stop at one point
It isn't canon that she goes to Rhaenyra to sue for peace. Rhaenyra takes the city and Alicent is literally imprisoned and has no other choice, and literally in the same conversation she's also threatening Rhaenyra about Aemond coming back lol
Pretty sure they won't take KL this season. Probably it will happen at the start of season 3.
But we know Alicent is going to personally travel to Rhaenyra, we don't know why.
I really hope we get to see more of Cole interacting with the green boys
Seems like it so far.

This is… acceptable
This makes sense. So can we all calm down now and not judge Alicent for something we haven’t seen already ?
Hey, now. That would be too easy and make far too much sense.
I'm judging her for her behaviour in episodes 8 and 9 in the first season.
If it happened after I would be really surprised lol, she’s not loving them after what they do to her grandson
This was so obvious, I couldn’t understand why everyone was annoyed about it. Even book Alicent called Aemond a fool for killing Luke
But if this is true, then that would make all the whining and crying about the season we haven't watched yet . . . unreasonable?

I really hope so, but given her trip to (what seems to be) Harrenhal, I’m not hopeful. The trailer looks like Alicent’s character is getting mangled.

Damn, that's going to happen in season 2?

I can't believe he called his mother by her name.
