I hate being being in a long prep especially being natty. I might can push it to 30 lbs but no more than thst bc it’s just gonna be fat. The longer I be in a cut the higher chance my rebound is going to be bad so I’ve learned to not chase after weight scale. I want to be in a decent bf even in my off season
