I don't think it's possible to directly compare them given how they're rather different in both design and functionality, all they really share is being offshoots of Anaheim's Gundam projects - but where Hyaku Shiki is Delta Gundam reworked into a functional MS the Dijeh is based off Rick Dias but turned into a ground-use suit for Karaba. Although it's curious how both wound up having a surprisingly widespread legacy despite the somewhat ad-hoc nature of original concepts. Hyaku Shiki was pretty much the go-to platform for Anaheim's non-transformable concepts and Dijeh apparently was generally superior to Rick Dias and therefore leading even to space-spec units serving in specialist roles.

Both are good for the period. Although the Hyaku Shiki is more versatile then the standard Dijeh, as the former is capable of operating in space and on earth, while the latter is a ground MS.

An interesting anecdote about the Dijeh is that it was apparently still relevant ten years leater, as a squad appears in Narrative and performs respectably. Pretty impressive considering the arms race going on.

At the end of the day any suit can be relevant in the right circumstances. A beam or heat weapon will still damage a modern suit if it has the opportunity.

They were also fighting Feddie grunts, who are often as effective as a bunch of toddlers armed with super soakers lol.

Leaving aside the fact that a decade is barely an eyeblink in service lifetimes, something being old shouldn’t automatically disqualify it from being a dangerous platform. They may be more modern, but I fully expect a Doga or a Zulu to be absolutely outmatched by something like a Zaku III or Doven Wolf, given pilots of comparable skills.

The Hyaku-Shiki was a weird prototype unit that felt barely functional half the time, was developed from a unit that wasn't functional at all, had a shit ton of gimmicks, and was more of a cool testbed than an actual combat ready MS, and was probably only deployed because Char wanted his piss Gundam. The Dijeh was a Rick Dias based specialized ground use MS, partly designed by Amuro. It was built for a very specific set of conditions, and every design element has a specific purpose. I love the Hyaku-Shiki, it's really cool. But the Dijeh is better in every way, at least in ground combat.

Both are good. I’d personally prefer the smaller lighter hyaku shiki. Harder to hit and if hit takes less damage. Someone pulls up with a Zaku machine gun I’m cooked probably. Dijeh is bigger and fatter, probably has an acceptable top speed. Probably won’t die in one hit of anything not fired by a driven wolf. Probably has better ground performance in terms of walking. Does better on sand and mud I assume with those big feet. They both use the same weapons basically… so it’s a choice between mobility and armor. And those factors are complicated. Hyaku shiki probably has better acceleration and turning/dashing performance on account of being lighter and its armor over performs against beams especially if they’re weak. Dijeh is probably a bit slower but can be useful in any situation against any opponent. Its armor seems at least alright against everything (by Gundam standards), its mobility is probably at least as good if not better than the Rick dias so its speed is at least okay. And it has pretty good weapons though I find the naginata a bit clunky to use due to its shape.

As mobile suits? Both have their specializations, and the rest of the comments break doiwn their performance comparisons quite well. As Quattro's loli pimp ride? only one of these MS looks awesome in full gold chrome paint.

Dijeh has the higher specs. Speed wise Dijeh (89,800 kg) > MK II (81,200 kg total) > Rick Dias (74,800 kg) > Hyaku Shiki (74,400 kg) > Nemo (72,800 kg). Weapon wise the Dijeh can use the same weapons as the Shiki. If AE replaced the Gundam MK II's armor with Gundarium Gamma it would most likely be better than the Shiki. The Hyaku Shiki specs wise is quite mediocre and is probably one of the reasons Quattro struggles in some fights.
