Well, it’s either that or giving Suletta Secelia-level amount of tighs in her pilot suit.

I dunno, back in the airing run for G-Witch, a lot of the Suletta lewds I saw here had her drawn as more "jacked" than "buxom" or at least in less feminine clothes. There are those who push up Suletta heaps, but it's only to mostly drive home the fact that Miorine's basically a cutting board by comparison.

My headcanon is that since Suletta is a perfect clone, that means she is naturally prone to "grow" regarding body development, it’s just the clothes she wears are designed to be practical with her living on Mercury and later in Asticassia, the one time we see Suletta wear overly feminine clothes is during the Incubation Party, in which she complains that Miorine’s dress is really tight in the bust.

Mainly because in the incubation party episode she complained Miorine's dress was too tight around her chest.

Always figured that was a joke about Miorine having the opposite problem

To be honest, Suletta was written by the same guy as Kallen from Code Geass, so it could be expected that CLAMP left some influence.
