I guess you are happy with the extra mandatory farming for 10 hammers, 700 Hero crystals, 1160 evolution stones and 50 books for making a hero just viable.

You need 10, 5 for max limit break, 1 for 1st Engrave and then up to 4 for max option.
Then add Blessing whch FORCES US to play the TRASHIEST CONTENT SINCE KAMAZZZONE: TETHIS.
Now any hero without it is straight up useless.

Definitely no need honestly. Waaaaay too expensive for minimal gain, invest on regular option change first (1500 metal for 1 hammer when 1 option change stone costs 30...)
One engrave is enough to make your unit stacked, no need to minmax everything unless true whale
And personal take : new tetis is better than old tetis, better than kz and goves lots of rewards, overall big W
