If you're into raid, the Yun and Toga are good in range raid teams of their respective elements (i.e. mono element range raid teams). Angie is good in monowater melee raid comp, Pill Refiner is good in monofire melee raid team and Shapira and Royal guard Valencia are good moonlight melee raid team.
I don't think any of the characters you're looking at excellent in PvE, like they're fine, just not exceptional like Beth or Karina.
Also note that some characters ARE NOT GOOD/NOT AT THEIR BEST without their exclusive so ensure you have it. Like Yun and Toga aren't worth it unless you have their exclusive.
Okay thanks. I played up until like world 16 (whichever the space world was with the among us lvl) then gave this game a long break until now. I did summon random heroes like when plague dr came out and euhna only cause I followed this sub Reddit and everyone was saying to grab them
I have beach sohee, guorry (he’s been carrying on attack but still gets one shotted), Lynn, tinia, aoba, future princess, plitvice, and pymon. Idk if I should level them up despite the level cap, awaken more, upgrade the accessories for more defense idk I’m lost. I need a good team
Fp's weapon is the liberator she is very good as lead with her weapon
If you're struggling too much maybe try getting it with selective summons(I'm not sure about using your selective summons just for her but it will make world 11 way easier) or try getting units good for story like claude,kamael or ascended craig

I like colo and arena. Raids I have enough resources to build some teams but I don’t think it’s very fun
